Peaceful 2-story cottage on the shores of Lac des Américains in the municipality of Lac-aux-Sables. Windowed facade with terrace overlooking the lake. Access to the dock and mobile floating dock with electric motor (lake without motors). Three bedrooms with double beds. Hot tub and pool table on site. Access to two BBQs and a safe place to make fires outside. Wifi, AC, several parking lots and water sports equipment (Pedalo, Kayak, etc.) included.

Located in a peaceful and rejuvenating environment, Morbleu is the perfect place for a stay with family or friends. The chalet is located on the edge of La Petite Rivière where you can enjoy kayaking and canoeing on site! 5-minute walk to the public beach. Mountain biking and snowmobiling trails are nearby. I can't add the following amenities to the pre-established list, so we also have a raclette and fondue stove. An unforgettable stay!

Le Draveur is a luxurious chalet on the banks of the Batiscan River. Featuring a rustic and modern touch at the same time, you will find all the amenities to have a pleasant stay. Equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, full bathroom, large windows and huge terrace with river view are worth mentioning. Part of the terrace is covered to enjoy it even in case of rain. A private dock is available in summer (100-step staircase).

Situé aux abords de la majestueuse rivière Batiscan, notre chalet tout en bois vous offre un endroit parfait pour un moment de détente en famille ou entre amis. Bon à savoir: Le chalet est situé en haut d'un escarpement. Il y a un long escalier de 80 marches pour accéder à la rivière. C'est magnifique, mais athlétique! Deux kayaks individuels, un canoë et trois planches à pagaie vous attendent près du quai.
