Un énorme merci à Maria pour son chaleureux accueil. Nous avons réservé le logement la veille pour le lendemain et nous sommes arrivés dans cette petite maisonnette pleine de charme, impeccablement propre, confortable, disposant d’une place de parking privée. Elle nous a également fourni de précieux conseils pour se rendre dans le centre de Rome facilement et sans prise de tête. Nous retiendrons cette adresse pour la conseiller à nos proches mais aussi pour y revenir ! Merci encore Maria

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

Volevamo ringraziare Pietro per la sua ospitalità. Nn è stato soltanto un ottimo host, ma ci ha accolti come se ci conoscemmo già da tempo in questa location fantastica, con prodotti del territorio e vino locale. The apartment was, as the description says, charming. Full of period touches as set out in the listing. The hosts went out of their way to be helpful and thoughtful - they decorated the apartment and provided cake and spumante so we could celebrate our granddaughter's birthday, and Giovanni came quickly to our rescue this morning when I managed to get a key stuck in the wrong lock! And as for the "secret room"! The kids had a whale of a time looking for it, and then sleeping in it once it had been discovered. An excellent stay - I would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Apartamentul este foarte spatios, paturile sunt generoase. Sunt 3 dormitoare cu pat dublu, plus canapea in living. Bucatăria complet utilata. Foarte aproape de statia de metrou, iar in apropiere sunt restaurante si cafenele. Ne’am simtit foarte bine aici.

Soggiorno di due per 12 giorni. Host disponibile, gentile, veloce e puntuale nelle risposte, soprattutto quando ho avuto numerosi problemi con la carta di credito alla conferma della prenotazione. Lui e la persona che ci ha accolto meritano 10 e lode. Appartamento vicino alla spiaggia e ai servizi, silenzioso, arioso. Posto auto coperto, seppur scomodo sia in ingresso che in uscita, ha fatto la differenza sotto Ferragosto quando trovare posto in strada è impossibile. Ho molto apprezzato i ventilatori nelle camere da letto, il terrazzo attrezzato, dove si può mangiare e scorgere il mare, e poter portare con me il mio cane. La casa era pulita. Spunti miglioramento: - ulteriore mazzo di chiavi, con uno solo e con citofono non funzionante chi era in casa era costretto a scendere per aprire il portone (mezzo rotto peraltro!), anche la porta di ingresso all’appartamento non mi faceva stare tranquilla. - Nella dotazione asciugamani prevederei anche un telo doccia e non solo viso e ospite.

Maddalena's place was excellent for a month-long stay in Rome. It was everything it appeared to be in the photos, and the rooftop terrace made it one of the most beautiful Airbnb's that I've stayed in. Adding a huge Thank You to Roberta, who helped me check in, and was extremely kind in driving me to the airport on the morning I checked out! Thank you so, so much!
