Apartment 1 with yard and perfect location

This more than 100 years old townhouse is located in the Haapsalu city center, on the main street. The location is perfect because it`s 500 m from Old Town where it is sometimes too noisy. The biggest shopping center is 100 m away and offers different shops and services, pub and a supermarket. House interior is basic, do not expect anything luxurious. The house has 350 m2 private garden and yard fits to park up to 3 cars. Playground with different kind of activities for children is nearby.

A-flat

A simple, almost ascetic, but properly equipped studio apartment for one or two peaceful and undemanding people in the center of Haapsalu: 26 m2 on 3rd floor. 2 separate sofa-beds (bed linen sets are in the cupboard). Green streetview at summertime, smart-TV, WiFi, kitchenette, fridge, plates, cups and wine glasses, toilet with small shower-cabin. The sink is in the kitchenette. Everything is near, not more than 1,5 km. Located a little away from the noise epicenter during events.

When staying in the apartment, you can choose a private place, as well as a spacious sitting area. It is a unique place. Normal-sized kitchen, spacious toilet and bathroom, cozy bedroom and open living room. All this is possible thanks to a new layout that has never been seen before. If necessary, a travel cot for babies can also be placed in the bedroom.

Kasutada on köök koos kõige vajalikuga (ahi,pliit,külmkapp,veekeetja,kohvimasin), vannituba (dušh ja pesumasin), elutuba kahe diivaniga ( 2- ja 1-kohaline; olemas ka välivoodi). Korteril on rõdu õdusa istumisnurgaga.

Roosi Apartment Haapsalu kesklinnas
