There is a flat screen TV, wifi, and a large deck with a gas grill for guests to use. 250 meters from the house is a sandy beach suitable for both swimming and SUPs. The beach on the other side of the peninsula (800 meters from the house) is a good place for kitesurfing.

Enjoy the ease of living in this peaceful and centrally-located home. Just 10-15 min walk away you will find a number of shops, nice cafes and restaurants and the main attractions. Important: Our apartment building is currently undergoing repairs to the stairwells (summer 2025). The renovation can make it a little difficult to navigate the stairwell, but getting in and out of the apartment is guaranteed.
