Close to the Cathedral and museums, shops and restaurants, in the very heart of Tours. The river, the old town, supermarkets, markets and all places of interest at 5/10 mn walking Close to the train and bus stations, bike rental and information desk, with its own private garage, le Gîte du Centre is an ideal touring base for the castles of the Loire Valley and vineyards. Guest house at the bottom of the garden

Our cottage is located at the bottom of our garden. This completely independent annex (with private access) of our home is ideally designed to accommodate friends and travelers. You will find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in this quiet area on the banks of the Cher, a 5-minute walk to the city center, in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, on the Saint Jacques de Compostela route, close to Tours and close to the exhibition park (Grand Hall).

The Aubuis Stable

Located in the heart of Touraine, its vineyards and the richness of its cultural and historical heritage, you will find this cottage adjoining a small stable and offering a beautiful view of a wooded park. You will appreciate the calm of the place and enjoy the comfort of your home. Artannes/Indre and its shops are 5 minutes away and, in less than 30 minutes you can reach Tours, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau Castle, Chinon, etc. Allow 1 hour to reach Beauval Zoo.

Located in the heart of the Loire castles, this private space, located in a detached house, offers all the services of a romantic suite to relax: two-seater spa, queen size bed, sound & image system, sitting area, fitted kitchen, wood stove or air conditioning (depending on the season), private parking and terrace.

Semi-troglodyte playhouse

The place is ideal for recharging your batteries! Imagine a lovely 37 m² house buried in the rock, completely restored with eco-friendly materials. The cave does not have a mobile network. A terrace overlooking a garden in the middle of the woods where a stream flows. Not overlooked, the only neighbors are us. Hiking trails pass in front of this haven. Total disconnection in harmony with nature. A great place for Mindfulness Meditation.

A charming manor on a beautiful landscaped park.

A charming 1950s mansion in a splendid landscaped and wooded park, in the heart of Touraine, with jacuzzi access. It consists of two bedrooms equipped with TEMPUR memory foam mattresses (including a King-Sixteen bed), a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and a TV room. A terrace equipped with sun loungers and dining tables will seduce you. All close to all shops and three minutes from the historic center of Tours.

The small house

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!

30 m² house located in Vouvray, close to Tours. The House is close to the Châteaux de la Loire: Amboise, Chinon, Villandry... Furnished and equipped house composed of a living room with kitchen area. Studio L'Alcôve

Located in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, on the wine route and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo, this studio is ideally located to discover the beauty of Touraine. A 10-minute walk to the village, you will find all the necessary shops (supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, bakery, banks, etc.). A little extra for reception guests, Château de Vaugrignon is a 3-minute walk away.

The Rock of the Castle

You will stay here, in the heart of the region of the castles and vineyards of the Loire, in the atypical setting of a semi-troglodytic gîte. Through the natural air conditioning that this type of habitat represents, you will feel like you are in a cocoon all year round, cool in the summer when the sun knocks the outside with its rays of heat... and warm in the winter!
