The apartment is delicate and cozy, but you have to put some details on it, such as mirrors in the bathrooms, in the kitchen, draining with dishes and soaps in the bathrooms

This is the only viable AirBnB option in SFM. All the others are subpar or inactive for extensive periods. Verdana has over 20 units in the complex that you can choose from. There is security 24/7. And there is parking. The units aren’t luxurious. But for the price and the location, it’s your best option. All the basic requirements are satisfactory. Will return if ever needed.

Excellent service would come back a thousand times more

My spouse and I chose this place to enjoy the Carnaval in the town of La Vega. We also visited the museum of the Carnaval, and 'Salto de Jimenoa' river which is 40 minutes away. This apartment is in a nice quiet place in the middle of nature, and the host, Aymee, was very helpful and informative. We look forward to visiting La Vega again, and hopefully using this apartment again.

This was a great place to stay at. This apartment is in a gated community which is a plus with modern amenities. This community is of a two way road where one side has a dead end so it is very calm through out the day and night. The host was great and even helped me out when I foolishly locked my self out at 2 am. Thank you for the great stay. I recommend!

The place is amazing clean and very safe! I felt right at home and the host is a great person!

The communication is seamless as is the check-in and check out process. The host takes their time explaining all the local stores and services available. Very clean place and quite. Staying at Yanet place is like staying over at that favorite aunts place where they spoil you. I will be coming back. Thank you for everything.

Excellent place in San Jose de las Matas. Comfortable, spacious and right at the entrance to the village. We arrived a little late at night but despite that Lidia very kindly welcomed us and helped us with everything we asked her. Very good place and very good service.
