The Villalba house is a very comfortable place and the location is very central and because it is a historic area of Bogotá it is very quiet and safe. Adriana was very attentive to answering questions.

For improvement: the security of the doors although the condominium is very safe; the gates at the entrance allow the access of dogs and cats from the neighborhood to the rear where the pool is. My stay was very good! The house was impeccable, very comfortable, and offered a wide variety of activities to enjoy. In addition, Angel, the caretaker, was exceptional: attentive, friendly and always attentive to our well-being. Definitely an experience I would recommend without a doubt. Miguel was a fantastic and exceptionally responsive host. The apartment is located in the remarkably safe and welcoming neighborhood of Usaquén, home to many professionals and medical staff from the nearby hospital. There are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance, including Colo Coffee, Mandinga Rum Bar, WOK, Café Amarti, Julia, Abasto, and even a Starbucks.

I have been coming to Bogotá twice a year for the last 5 years. This is the best place I’ve found.

A very nice apartment, very well furnished, very clean, very conveniently located. Elizabeth and Catalina give you all the useful information to get there and enjoy your stay. They are also very responsive if you have a question. Everything was perfect.

Great place. I was here 10 days. For longer or shorter stays. You will have everything. Big King size bed, big tv, 2 bathrooms. Really nice washer. And really big kitchen with everything you will need. Also 24h security. Host is 10/10 stars. Helped me a lot. If your in Bogota this apartment is a must.

Juan Sebasián was very responsive and allowed us to check out late when we had an evening flight. I loved sitting on the patio in the morning. I also enjoyed having a washer in the apartment. I felt very safe at the apartment and there was a great pastelería nearby that we went to most mornings.

Sandra's apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay. The pool and jacuzzi reservation makes check-in orderly. It is a five-minute walk from the town of Ricaurte, so any shopping you need is very close. A very quiet complex to rest.

The place met all expectations. It was a great location. Check-in at the site was easy. The apartment was clean and organized. I had everything you need to have a pleasant time. Everything super nice, the whole the apartment, furnished perfect.. But unfortunately for the weather if it is necessary to place heating in the house as it only has the main room and the rest is with a fan

Robi is very nice person and offers 24-7 service whenever there's a question or request regarding the property. The apartment is well-equipped with all necessities and feels spacious with ample room for indoor activity and storage. The dryer is a big plus for the wet weather in Bogota! The complex has a free indoor pool and small gym, which makes the stay more enjoyable. Although the apartment is close to the main road, you don't feel too much noise as the windows are double-glazed. Also, the security guys are very friendly and helpful.
