Beautiful 95 sqm apartment in the center of the village, 20 meters from Lake Bracciano and a stone's throw from the historic center and the municipal square, the distance to Rome is only 45 minutes by car. Surrounded by restaurants, pizzerias, bars and a supermarket. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and two large balconies, one overlooking the lake and the other towards the historic center and the ruins of the Rocca Orsini. It's on the third floor of the building and enjoys a breathtaking view.

It consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, a garden directly connected to the lake, and a private garage. All this is just a short walk from Rome to spend a few days in a small paradise of relaxation, peace and well-being.

Surrounded by olive trees, completely fenced for our four-legged friends and easy access to the private beach. Rooms furnished in a shabby style, to make your stay unique, equipped kitchen. To offer our guests the best experience, we provide free beach loungers and breakfast. Outdoor hot tub available upon request, with a surcharge to be paid on site.

The terrace in the village offers spectacular views of the lake, in all its circumference, both from the living room window and from the large terrace above the apartment. Located in the heart of the medieval village, completely renovated in an elegant way and with every comfort. The fireplace adds warmth and intimacy. The large condominium terrace offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the lake and the village's rooftops.
