Very convenient accommodation, pleasant and well-appointed terrace, extraordinary view!

Case in a peaceful neighborhood with a very friendly neighborhood. quick access to the beach. impeccable communication with Harry. We had a lovely time!

Pleasant accommodation, well ventilated, facing the sea, in the heart of the village of Le Prêcheur which is just wonderful. A very convenient grocery store nearby (pastries and fresh bread in the mornings!), a beach, a few small restaurants (favorite on Chez Doreen) and a good general atmosphere. Very well located for visiting the North of the Island. The accommodation could be a little better equipped for the kitchen, but the bedding is very comfortable, the living room too and, if it is true that we hear the road a lot, especially in the living room, we also hear the sound of the waves and toads at night, and that's worth the little inconvenience during the day! Josée was very responsive and flexible, and she even lent us a stroller. His brother welcomed us very warmly and was attentive throughout our stay. Thank you to them for a lovely stay. We hope to return sometime!

Stella and Josue are very kind, respectful and friendly. Although they live on the property, they are very discreet and private, and only come by when needed/requested. They always responded quickly to inquiries, and accommodated all of our requests. We asked if they could provide a spare key as my friend and I were not always together during our stay. We also asked if they would be able to lend us a cooler for a boat day, which they quickly provided as well. The house itself was clean and very functional, containing everything we needed and more. I highly recommend staying with them. In terms of location, Le Diamant has lot of great restaurants, beaches, the market, pharmacy, etc, closeby to the house.

Perfect location for a holiday by the sea, very pleasant stay. Ideal accommodation for 3 couples, we all enjoyed this family reunion without feeling cramped. A big thank you for the neighbor who gave us the keys, she was extremely kind, discreet always responsive. We look forward to renting out this property again on a future stay. Best Regards

Excellent stay, a very functional and rather clean house, favorite for the bedrooms with their individual bathroom, toilet and A/C not to mention the pool. A small problem however for the wifi which lacked stability ( the network surely). The proximity to the beach is a real plus, a shame that there is sometimes a lot of seaweed. A beach restaurant is next door: to be recommended. We are 20 minutes from the beach of Grande Anse aux Anges d 'Arlet which is very clean and beautiful. Also recommended.

Very beautiful Villa, clean with swimming pool located close to the beach and several tourist attractions as well as local discovery.

It was perfect. The location of choice (Directly on the beach🏝️, literally seconds from the door to the beach! Via a secure and easily accessible path) I recommend this villa close to everything! And what about the CHILL was too good 😋 The house was clean. Regarding the photos, it must be said, the villa soursop is even better in real life than in photo:) the garden is very beautiful. My stay in this house was beautiful Mr. Alex was very welcoming and accompanies you from start to finish it is very easy to reach if there is a problem and for the magical house he offers nothing to say I can only recommend clean house with your best film sessions and with your personal space if you are sporty, and the living room a very warm and pleasant space to spend with your loved ones I will go back that's for sure!🥰

happy with the accommodation, there is a lot of space, quiet neighborhood, Nyck was attentive to my arrival and everything was correct. It park well next to the house.

Beware of night outings, our 25-year-old daughter was assaulted in the evening (she was on the beach) 2 individuals followed her to the accommodation and continued even after our daughter returned safely! Police called and big scare!

A lovely fishing village, a beautiful home and a very warm welcome! Everything was perfect: the sea view, the cottage decor, the proximity to restaurants and village life. We also loved the recommendations and especially the trimaran outing offered by Madisail. An unforgettable experience!
