Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in La Timone, Marseille

Notre séjour chez Fanny s’est très bien passé. Nawel nous a accueilli chaleureusement et très professionnellement. Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis très bien dans l’appartement, comme « à la maison » et y avons partagé des moments précieux en famille. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet appartement, parfaitement équipé et avec une vue et une terrasse unique! Merci à nos hôtes pour ce beau séjour.

L’appartement d’Alice est une pépite en plein cœur de Marseille. La localisation permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pieds et le métro est tout proche. Le ménage était impeccable. Alice vous donnera de très bonnes adresses pour manger, boire un verre et profiter pleinement de la magnifique ville de Marseille. Nous recommandons le logement d’Alice les yeux fermés et serons très heureuses de revenir !

Merci encore à Jean-François, tout d’abord pour son charmant accueil et la possibilité de quitter l’appartement tardivement le jour du Check out. L’appartement est exceptionnel et l’emplacement idéal dans ce 7e arrondissement que nous adorons. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse le matin, le soir et en journée. La vue est inoubliable. La climatisation tient l’appartement au frais pour des nuits reposantes. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle, il y a quasiment tout pour cuisiner. Les services Orange fonctionnent parfaitement et le wifi est optimal. Enfin, Jean-Francois a été un hôte fabuleux nous recommandant quelques adresses culinaires. Merci encore à lui pour ce séjour de l’Ascension mémorable. Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons vivement!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement ! L’emplacement est idéal (en plein cœur du centre, beaucoup de commerces et boutiques et juste à côté du vieux port). La terrasse est ensoleillée toute la journée ce qui était un vrai plus. Nous avons eu un problème d’eau et AS conciergerie est intervenue dans le journée. Nous recommandons!

Matthieu’s apartment was just as expected - the views were postcard perfect. Our host was friendly, responsive, and checked on us daily to ensure our happiness. After saying in hotels for 10+ days, we were happy to have access to laundry and a kitchen for simple breakfasts in pajamas. The apartment is walkable to the Old Port area, even in unseasonably warm weather. After our morning and midday adventures in the city and Calanques we were thrilled to return to an apartment with air conditioning to cool off, shower and chill before venturing out for dinner in Le Panier.

Very nice home, exactly as advertised. The balcony is very nice to spend the evenings. Would stay here again.

What a fabulous time in Cassis! The sardinette has an unparalleled view of the marina, lighthouse, castle, dramatic landscape, and Mediterranean so we ate all meals on the charming patio and then slept like babies after swimming, walking, and dining every day. A true vacation! Merci!

Very comfortable, modern, very peaceful and quiet - but what stood out most was the incredible views, of the sea with homes and trees on a lovely slope, and the beauty and tranquility of the garden and pool area. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is comfortable, well appointed and cute. Joel was helpful with local recommendations and we felt quite at home. Both beds were comfortable and the house was peaceful and well located. Laundry was a plus and the pool was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The home is contemporary and very clean. The house is very secure and good for families. The bonus was the guest house which would be great if travelling with parents or someone who wanted some quiet apart from a larger group. Pool was very refreshing and enjoyable.

Our stay at Anna’s place was great—the house is beautiful, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, walkable part of Marseille. The terrace and garden, with a pool, are lovely and perfect for relaxing. One thing to note: the neighbor’s dog occasionally came into the garden. While it was friendly, it’s a big dog that might not be ideal for guests who are uncomfortable around dogs.

Endroit calme avec une vue imprenable sur le Cap Canaille et un jardin idyllique, à seulement quelques pas du centre-ville et de la plage. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Nos hôtes, très sympathiques, étaient à court de quelques essentiels, mais ont pris la peine de nous les faire parvenir quelques heures à peine après notre arrivée. Nous avons également profité d’une superbe balade matinale à la découverte de petits recoins moins fréquentés des environs, en compagnie de notre hôte. Nous avons reçu de précieux conseils sur les restaurants et les activités locales, que nous avons grandement appréciés. Nous recommandons vivement !

Notre séjour entre amies a été parfait ! Jonathan a été très réactif pour organiser notre arrivée et notre départ, avec une grande flexibilité sur nos horaires. Il est à l'écoute de nos questions, et on sent qu'il est bienveillant et veut que vous passiez le meilleur des séjours chez lui. La maison est située dans un quartier sympa avec de super restaus à proximité. C'est accessible pour aller partout à pied ! La maison est dans un joli cadre, paisible, loin de la rue, et elle est décorée de façon sobre et agréable, avec goût. La terrasse est top ! Avec un bassin pour se baigner (sans échelle pour remonter attention !) et des supers meubles d'extérieur pour chiller. Seuls points négatifs : beaucoup de cloportes (question de saison mais Jonathan a réagi avec un produit dès qu'il a été prévenu) et une odeur d'humidité (nous avons aéré).

After staying here I thought twice about who I gave 5 star reviews in the past. This was hands down the best air bnb we have ever stayed. Ben greeted us when we first got to the place. He knew we were traveling from a beach day in St Tropez and had a prosciutto / tomato charcuterie waiting for our family when we asked through the door which was just so sweet and generous. All toiletries were present and available and kitchen was stocked to make meals and things. Beach and snorkeling gear also available to guests. Locations in Marseille is super easy to access. Lovely Mountain View from the patio is lovely as well. Super comfortable place with high end finishes and decor that I would choose myself in my own home. Has a dryer that works!!! Dryer is so rare in France it seems. I can’t say enough about the host or place. We had a great time and felt so welcome by Ben and it just set the mood for Marseilles. We are thinking of coming again and will definitely stay with Ben!

L’appartement de Benjamin était très bien équipé, très propre, avec un lit très confortable & la terrasse est un vrai + ! L’immeuble est très calme. Benjamin est un hôte très sympathique, flexible et réactif. L’appartement est idéalement situé, tout est faisable à pieds & le métro est accessible à deux pas de l’immeuble. Nous avons adoré !

I had a perfect stay in Marseille thanks to Alexandre, who is a very good person and host. He helped me to receive a parcel, and also with the check in. I also really recommend this apartment, wich is well located, clean and well equipped.

This is a great place to live when I visiting Marseille. The apartment is clean and big. The host taste is so good, as you can find a lot of decorations in the apartment. Also, this location is close to the tram station and 10mins walk to the shopping mall. The apartment also provides a private car park space.

Super emplacement pour visiter Cassis. L’appartement est bien agencé, bien équipé et très agréable pour un séjour à deux. Seul hic, le clocher de l’église très proche qui sonne toutes les heures même en pleine nuit et qui peut embêter ceux qui n’ont pas l’habitude et qui aime le calme comme nous

Appartement vaste et lumineux, dans une résidence très calme, à quelques pas des plages. Les instructions de Laurent ont été très claires, facilitant l'arrivée. La place dans le parking intérieur de la résidence est un vrai plus. Séjour très agréable

Sehr süße Haus . Vor Ort ist alles was du brauchst . Leider ist es ziemlich laut . Straße und laute Musik ist schon auf Dauer sehr nervig. Aber im ganzen war es super . Vor allem der direkte Blick aufs Meer ♥️

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung mit einer super Ausstattung. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt am Fährhafen ist, ist es angenehm ruhig in der Wohnung. Bonuspunkte für das sehr bequeme Bett. Manuel war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns herzlich empfangen :)

Had a wonderful time staying at Valérie and Daniel’s apartment for four nights. Pictures of the view do not do it justice, one of the most beautiful views to enjoy all day from the terrace!
