This place was wonderful for our needs. It was clean and had a touch of history with its design and architecture. This place spans 3 floors. the ground floor leads up to the 2nd floor were you have the kitchen, livingroom and 1 bathroom. This space was clean had AC and practical. Then a 2nd set of steps lead to the 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, sitting area and outbdoor terrace. All and all we had a great time in this clean functional home. Was close to restuarants and shops. Was a great stay.

L’appartement est parfaitement situé, à proximité de toutes les commodités, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Best place in Tunis! You are super close to the airport and can grab a taxi at a fair price. The Wi-Fi is super fast, and the shower/bath has great hot water. The elevators can be aggressive, which can close on you if you are not quick enough. Nonetheless, the unit was spotless, with a fully stocked kitchen. Samira and the team were very attentive, with strong communication. The neighborhood is also quiet and safe. I would recommend it to friends and family. 10/10.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement loué par Anis. Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, propre, confortable et très bien situé. Anis a été un hôte très accueillant, réactif et attentionné tout au long du séjour, ce qui a grandement facilité mon voyage. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchés par l'accueil chaleureux et l'attention portée à notre confort. Notre hôte est même venu nous chercher à l'aéroport à 1h15 du matin. Ce geste généreux a grandement facilité notre arrivée et témoigne de l'hospitalité exceptionnelle de notre hôte. La maison elle-même est un véritable havre de paix, alliant le charme authentique de la médina au confort moderne. Chaque détail est soigneusement pensé pour offrir une expérience agréable et reposante. L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer les ruelles pittoresques de la médina et découvrir les trésors culturels de Tunis. Very good spot if you’re looking to stay in the heart of Siri Bou Said. Easy to get to the rest of Carthage and Tunis by taxi but offers a stunning view from a higher position. Not extremely difficult to walk up the hill to the place for me but might be a daily challenge for the elderly. Beautiful rooftop patio and comfortable bed with a good living area. Good size place for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 child (sleep on the couch) max.

Our stay was perfect. The location can’t get any better. We were close to everything we needed, and especially the beach. I wish our holiday was longer so we could enjoy this place more.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral, ideal für Ausflüge und Erholung. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder

great location with a lot of space. we enjoyed the patio and did some cooking in the kitchen. just a couple blocks from la marsa beach and all the shops and restaurants. also very easy to park! thanks to hela and Mrs Sonia for a pleasant stay!

Amazing apartment. The host was very collaborative. Lac 2 is a delightful destination. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops are situated in close proximity to the apartment. I recommend the host and the apartment.

Le logement était propre, identique aux photos et très cosy! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Chema. Les restaurants sont à proximités, le logement est bien situé pour visitez un peu partout sans faire trop de route, et un magasin alimentaire se trouve juste au coin de la rue. Le jardin était un vrai plus et nous avons adoré prendre notre petit-déjeuné sur la terrasse. De plus, Chema est très accueillante et très réactive en cas de besoin! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir passer un prochain séjour dans ce logement.
