House vacation rentals in La Preneuse

It's a beautiful place, calm, serene & peaceful. The villa is rustic with beautiful corners & paintings adorning its walls. It's is close by to everything including the airport. There is a detailed guidebook curated by the hosts. And there is a little corner for books.

House is absolutely stunning. Very well equipped kitchen, master bedroom is huge with breathtaking views. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, all with private bathrooms. The pool and deck were fantastic. It was so nice to sit there and just look at the ocean! The property is located approx. 10 min walk (2 min drive) from the main street and the beach. A shopping center with a grocery store is also super close. Athalie was very nice, super flexible and helpful. She gave us a detailed tour of the house. It was really nice to meet her. The only thing that was a problem and may be a problem in the future is the roof over the staricase. It is made of glass and unfortunately leaks when it rains. Since the leak was quite big and required a lot of work and effort from us to keep the house dry, we assume that it would probably be fixed very soon, so it may not be a problem anymore.

Tout s’est très bien passé dans le logement de Shandil. Il y a une petite plage privée juste en bas , elle est très calme et agréable. Le logement est bien placé, il y a une grande et belle plage à 3m en voiture avec beaucoup de commerces / restauration. Shandil est très serviable nous recommandons ce logement !

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in deinem Haus. Uns hat es super gefallen! Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen! Tolle Aussicht auf den indischen Ozean. Auch ein privater kleiner Strand gehört zum Haus. Pool wurde täglich gereinigt wie auch das Haus. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Davina. Welche uns auch während dem Aufenthalt immer zur Verfügung stand bei Fragen. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch der Wächter des Anwesens war sehr hilfsbereit und ging mit uns am ersten Tag mit dem Auto einkaufen. Wir hatten kein eigenes Auto wurden aber durch den Nazim und seinen Fahrern super betreut. Hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes schlussendlich immer den gleichen Taxifahrer (Nawfar) den wir sehr empfehlen können. Die Ausflüge mit ihm waren super! Er zeigte uns viele schöne Orte und war den ganzen Tag für uns verfügbar wenn wir uns dies wünschten. Somit ist auch kein Muss ein eigenes Auto zu haben. Ein lokaler Supermarkt ist auch sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

We are very happy with our stay at this fantastic villa. The villa has everything you need. The host are very nice with good communication. Thanks to Norberg we felt very welcomed and got good recomendations for restaurants and trips. The villa is in a quiet, safe, private area. You have a nice small beach in walkdistance. And the view is absolutley amazing with perfect sunset. The host let us check out late on our departureday when we had an eveningflight, with no extra charge. We definitely recomend this place!!

We were welcomed into the home on our arrival with great communication. The property is located in a very secure gated community with guards. The property was spotless and maintained to a high standard. It felt very homely and we enjoyed all the amenities, especially the pool and living areas. All the rooms had both AC and a ceiling fan with remote control setting which was very convenient. The location was great for us to get to a few of our adventures which I clouded casella nature park and tamarin falls. Also only 7min drive to flic en flac with numerous restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit mauritius. Also had a lovely view from the terrace!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Florian, der Gastgeber, ist unglaublich bemüht und immer hilfsbereit – er gibt tolle Tipps und ist stets erreichbar, wenn man etwas braucht. Das Apartment ist Teil eines kleinen Komplexes mit drei Wohneinheiten und verfügt über eine Gemeinschaftsküche, einen Pool, sowie eine schöne gemeinsame Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist allerdings empfehlenswert, da die Lage etwas abseits ist!Wir haben anfangs den öffentlichen Bus genutzt, was gut funktioniert hat, uns dann aber doch für ein Auto entschieden, um flexibler zu sein. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die liebe Köchin, die auf Vorbestellung richtig leckeres Essen zubereitet und direkt zur Villa bringt – ein toller Service! Außerdem wird einmal pro Woche gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt, was für zusätzlichen Komfort sorgt. Insgesamt wirklich empfehlenswert 😍

Beautiful house, amazing view on the sea ans sunset . Quiet, confortable, clean. we felt home and we were sad to leave. Hosts were super nice and easy to contact. Its 5mn away walking from the supermarket, 15/20mn from the beach. Easy. Best place to stay with your family. thank you

Die Zeit im Palm Nest war wunderschön. Die Lage in Tamarin gefiel uns, da man von dort den schönen Westen der Insel mühelos erkunden kann. Am Strand La Preneuse vor der Haustür kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Der Kontakt mit Coralie war super hilfreich, freundlich und unkompliziert. 🫶🏻

We had an incredible 12-night stay at this holiday villa. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The host and cleaners were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were super friendly and attentive, even assisting us with extra services like washing our clothes, which was a big help during our stay. A special thank you to Malini, who was a true gem! She was always available, checked in regularly to make sure we were okay, and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The villa itself was perfect for a family getaway – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy our holiday. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend this villa to other families. We look forward to returning in the future!

Le logement est très très propre, ils ont le désir de rendre service pour que nous puissions passer les meilleures vacances possible. Après de nombreuses vacances en famille à la rondavelle 🛖 , nous y voici de retour La maison n’a pas changé et toujours bien entretenue, le quartier est top, la baie au bout du chemin… Nous confirmons que tout est parfait pour y passer de belles vacances

The bungalow is located in a very quiet area, you don't hear any noise from the street at night and the airport does not have any flights past 23:00 usually. You only hear the souond of the waves at the nearby beach and can relax very well at the nice terrace. The terrace roof offers also great protection from rain and sun so you can use it a lot. The appartment itself is lovely decorated. I have to mention the bed positively as it is very firm and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with a lot of useful stuff as someone could actually live there instead of old leftover kitchenwear like in some other appartments which was really good. All in all, we were really happy with the appartment and could relax very well. The nearby parking was also great because you really need a car in the area to expore the island.

This wasn’t our first time staying here, and once again everything was wonderful. The host is always incredibly welcoming and makes us feel right at home. As always, it was an excellent stay – we truly enjoy coming back!

Marvin's home was excellent, and he was especially accommodating. I requested an early check in after a long flight from the US, and they were more than happy to make it happen. It was an easy arrival and check in was smooth via a key box. I was very grateful. The house is true to the photos, and there's plenty of space. It's a very modern design, with plenty of lighting and furniture. Having two air conditioners was perfect for the African sun as well. For an AirBnb in a prime part of the island, it's worth every penny. The price is very reasonable, and you get a safe, spacious accommodation in a highly sought after area. I would just recommend that guests rent a car, as the roads do not have sidewalks and can be pretty dangerous for pedestrians. Given that the supermarkets/beaches were about a 30 min walk away (SuperU/Grand Baie and Wonders/Pereybere), it can be a bit inconvenient to not have a car. Nothing against the property, just an FYI for travelers here.

Would recommend staying at Dan’s place. We had a great visit. The apartment is conveniently located ~5 min walk to beach and “downtown” Flic en Flac. Apartment is comfortable and has the amenities you need. Best of all is Dan! He’s a great AirBnb host. He and his mother could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Thank you for everything!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette jolie maison mauricienne qui était comme sur la description. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais suffit pour se rafraîchir. Les hôtes ont été réactifs quand nous avons eu besoin d’eux.

Kavita, Priscille and Usha were very nice, helped us finding our way to restaurants and other things in the neighbourhood. Very clean and looked after location directly at a small beach. Restaurants at walking distance. Very nice house!

Jean Christophe, his family and Agnes were all warm, helpful and generous hosts. The house and location were even better than the photos and the kindness afforded by the nearby family and the housekeeping team was fabulous. I will miss looking up at Le Morne from the pool 💔 but we will be back! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home.

michel est un hôte agréable , discret et serviable très réactif et de bon conseil il nous a réservé toutes nos excursions jusqu a la réservation au restaurant, le taxi et la voiture de location. Le logement propre et confortable et correspondant exactement au descriptif. je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La villa est magnifique. Et très bien équipé. C’est un endroit reposant. Contrairement aux commentaires, l’accès à la villa est facile d’accès en utilisant Waze. David was a communicative and welcoming host. The apartment was spacious, with much-appreciated A/C in the bedrooms, and the location was a short distance to the meeting point for the boat tours. David met us for check-in, shared helpful local recommendations, and kindly allowed a late check-out so we could shower after our tour.

We had a wonderful time here. Julien’s communication was perfect, he couldn’t have been more helpful with information about the house and any questions we had whilst we were there. The beach by the house was lovely for walking and watching the sunset then we used the house as a base to visit the beaches further up the coast which were only about 25mins drive. Recommended 👍
