Cozy apartment in Casco Viejo, Bilbao, completely renovated. Very well located. 1 minute from the tram and bus. And minutes away from the subway. Ideal for getting to know Bilbao and its surroundings. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Living room with kitchenette. I also have a parking space next door with an additional cost (12 euros/day), as the area has little parking as it is close to the Casco Viejo and is also regulated (OTA). It is for 3 people.

Quiet area in Bilbao, near the Casco Viejo.

This is my neighborhood where I live with my family, the apartment is located next to a very large park, I recommend a walk. It is a very quiet area, with supermarkets, restaurants, doctor, library...The house is located 10 minutes walk from the old town, but if you want you can go on the bus 56 with a stop next to the house. in the flat you will find everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. I will personally be aware of anything you need.

As a first-time tourist on a short, two-night trip to Bilbao, Jon and Qian’s place was perfect. It really felt like a home, and the view of the park from the bedroom is incredible! Excellent accommodation choice. This flat is roomy, airy, has plenty of space and is super well located just two minutes from the Guggenheim. It's on the 7th floor (with elevator!) and has a great terrace overlooking the street - perfect to relax and chill in the evenings. Very quiet at night - but with plenty of restaurant choices just minutes away. The old town is a pleasant 20 minute walk, but we preferred the area where the flat was located. Convenient also is the fact that the airport bus stops just 1 minute away from the flat. Highly recommended.
