Apartment vacation rentals in La Paz Department

We had a great stay a Roberto’s place, and ended up booking an additional week. When we arrived we were coming from a nearby hotel and he let us check in early, which was so nice. The views from the apartment are amazing! And the apartment is super comfortable and has everything you need to live comfortably. The wifi worked perfectly, and we liked having lots of TV channels available. The apartment is right by the Multicine, Las Torres mall, and Hipermaxi, so there are lots of restaurants and grocery shopping options. I would highly recommend the apartment for anyone visiting La Paz.

Strategic location if your destination is in the south of the city. Very attentive host. You will receive a reply quickly. Stayed for ten days and the host provided me with extra linens, which was good. Very secure, quite place, nice neighbourhood and lots of restaurants in a few minutes walk.

Eu tive 2 noites muito boa nessa hospedagem. A anfitriã é muito gentil e atenciosa, me deu algumas bolachinhas e doces! A acomodação em si é uma das melhores que já fiquei, tem muita infraestrutura e tem tudo que uma pessoa pode precisar, além de ser muito privativa. Tem uma ótima SmarTV, em de todos os itens básicos possíveis, como café, açúcar, etc. O chuveiro é quente! A internet é muito boa! Recomendo!

Allow me to say, it maybe the wisest decision I have made in making my Bolivian trip to stay with Jose’s listing. He(and co-host!) is so helpful to all of my questions with prompt replies. We encountered quite a lot of issues like sudden printing requirements for documents, protest in the historical district, late check in near midnight and evening checking out to catch overnight bus etc.. The host had been very proactive provide local suggestions so solve our issues instantly, monitoring the protest with frequent check-up on us to make sure our travel plan was going smoothly and safe. The place is clean, easy commute, with all shops you need surround. We cooked ramen, watched Youtube and did laundry, all things work perfectly. Thank you again to José and the cohost. We hugely grateful for the hospitality and the well maintaining, clean facilities and support. The recommendation of local guide also helps a lot and allow us to enjoy La Paz in this short stay.

Ótimo local! Exatamente como descrito! Apartamento novo, bem equipado e limpo! Wifi super rápido! Tinha aquecedores, inclusive no banheiro. Ricardo foi super atencioso e permitiu um check-in flexível. O apartamento fica em um ótimo bairro, a melhor localização possível. O bairro é cheio de coisas para fazer e restaurantes. E também está perto do centro e de uma área mais movimentada. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar ai, super recomendo.

Espaço bem-iluminado, silencioso, privativo e com vizinhança tranquila. Recomendo para home-office. Está localizado praticamente ao lado da ponte Las Américas, e ao atravessá-la, você já está em Sopocachi ao lado de um shopping com um supermercado grande. Ter o aquecedor no quarto foi um excelente diferencial para que eu pudesse aguentar o frio de La Paz. Se o local tivesse aquecimento de água à gás seria perfeito, pois a água que sai da torneira é gelada e a água da ducha sempre estava muito quente ou muito fria (não havia um meio termo). Ainda assim, recomendo a estadia. Se algum dia voltar a La Paz, já sei onde me hospedar.

Un lugar amplio y tranquilo, muy cómodo. De fácil acceso y seguro.

The apt was in a good and safe area of the city. We didn't have an issue getting around and making our way to the centro and witches market. We enjoyed our time in La Paz and the views from the apt were stunning.

Jonathan was very kind, and a great host. For the price it's very roomy and has all of the necessities. I'm quite active, so although the gondola is a perhaps a 10 minute walk, if you're willing to do that the whole city is a walk away. I never had to use a taxi or cab at any point during my 3 month stay. The location itself is very private and located in a very safe area.

The house is beautiful, it is old but it really has charm. The four bedroom is a dream for our big family. The owner are really concerned with you comfort, providing everything you could need (mineral water included). The location in Sopocachi is very convenient. We would recommend and come back here if we need to stay in La Paz again.

We had a great stay at Ricardo’s place, the apartment is massive and very clean. Location is a bit tricky and there’s no shops nearby but we managed just fine. Place is as described and the views are amazing. All necessary amenities are available. Would definitely stay again.

Great place in Sopacachi which is walkable to the center of La Paz. The apartment had everything you would need to be comfortable. Cesar was very responsive over chat and was kind enough to leave an extra water jug for the water cooler. In addition he gave us wonderful tips for the surrounding area. Would recommend!

For an extended stay in La Paz for work, Omar's place was exactly what we needed! He was a communicative and attentive host, always responding promptly when there were any issues. Obrajes was a great location for getting to both downtown and Calacoto. The views from the place were unbeatable!
