This is the second time ive stayed here and Robert and Lynn are simply the best. The nicest people not to mention their dog Rita is my new best friend. Communication was top notch, they would text me about places i could park with my boat, they text me to let me know that about check out time when i asked. Just a perfect weekend in a perfect place right on the water with your own boat dock. The place is cozy, clean, and has everything youll need. Could not have been better thank you Robert and Lynn again,see ya next time!

We strive to make our renters feel completely at home in the most clean, spacious, and comfy place that you can find! Our home is in a community right on the river and we are sure that you will absolutely love the set up! We are conveniently close to river and lake launches. This is one of 3 properties that we personally rent out in the same community. Please note NO PETS are allowed.

Shaded picnic areas are situated along the waterfront, surrounded by mature trees. Scenic views of the lake and distant mountains are visible, creating a serene atmosphere for outdoor gatherings. Pathways are lined with well-maintained grass, leading to the designated picnic spots.

Welcome to our beautiful new 2,000 sq ft, 4-bedroom house. Step into a tranquil oasis on this huge 1/2 lot, where you can truly relax and recharge. The home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac with a huge backyard and a 70’ driveway. The gorgeous interiors are designed to make you feel right at home, with a king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds to accommodate all guests. The best part we include access to a private launch ramp and huge grass area to entertain and relax and only 2 mins away.

The public boat ramp is directly down the street to make for a easy, stress-free weekend. *No garage access.

We are located near the Parker Dam with a private park and boat launch for your convenience. Our home features 4 bedrooms with a total of 4 Queen size beds and 1 King in the master suite. There is a beautiful game room with a pool table and a foosball table in the living room for added fun after a long day on the water. Come join us for a fun family/friends relaxing time!!!

Had a wonderful stay at their home! Exactly what we needed! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay, Valentyne’s home is spacious, very clean, beds are comfortable kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans, cups, utensils. The best part is you’re right on the river and the view is beautiful!

Exceeded my expectations. Everything inside was clean and new. The air-conditioning, the free wifi and Netflix and the new mattress and futons. The outside is being renovated as well and is a great work in progress. Perfect for fisherman and hunters. Caught a 12 Flathead off the dock!

We stayed here for the Parker Dam 500 race and we really enjoyed are stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host communicated well and in a timely matter. I would stay here again.

Inside the RV park everything is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Outside of the park the area is run down but still clean. The park is within easy access to the freeway and any local attractions. I would definitely rent this again.
