New apartment, suitable for guests, located very close to downtown in the Mariana building. All beds have new and very comfortable mattresses. It is on the third floor, it does not have an elevator, we have parking inside the building, however it is a bit high for cars, ideal for vans or high cars. If this is your case, we offer an alternate parking lot that must be paid for additionally. If you are traveling with people with reduced mobility, it is not suitable since you must climb stairs.
