Vacation rentals with beach access in La-Nkwantanang-Madina

The host and house manager were excellent upon my arrival. I was greeted at the gate and given a tour of the property. I arrived after a long travel day and morning appointment and though exhausted, I was treated with a lovely fruit bowl (Mangoes are my favorite). Though the neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe, it is walking distance (10-15 minutes) to the local beach clubs. There are also small shops to buy small snacks, toiletries, select seasonings and the like. I loved Accra and this property was a nice oasis from the busy outside. The AC was a great relief from the hot temperatures and the size of the space was enough for 1 and cozy for 2 people. Prior to me arriving, the host was very responsive to my questions and proactively shared local recommendations of restaurants and popular attractions. The only drawback would be me not utilizing the patio space for morning meals. This is an affordable gem for those travelling in the are and would like a small, private space.

I had a brilliant stay at Nana's place. It was clean, quite and all amenities was functional as accurately described. Nana was extremely helpful and responsive. Communication was spot on and will definitely stay there again. Overall I give it a 5 star and will recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at 233 Boulevard and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Accra. The apartment is exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From the fully equipped kitchen to the stylish interiors, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The location is prime, situated in a safe and accessible part of the city, close to key spots like restaurants, shopping areas, and business centers. It’s ideal whether you’re in town for work or leisure. One highlight of my stay was the swift and efficient resolution of a WiFi challenge. The issue was promptly addressed in collaboration with MTN, and I appreciated how responsive and proactive the host, Lawrence, was throughout. His professionalism and warm hospitality made the experience even better. The swimming pool area is another gem, clean, serene, and perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It added a great touch of luxury to the stay.

The location was peaceful and safe. The apartment was clean and very restful. I booked this apartment mainly due to the picture provided and I an so pleased that I was not disappointed. Prince was very responsive and his team on ground were very helpful, professional and hospitable. I wholeheartedly recommend this please and will stay here again.

Came to Ghana for a combination of connecting with historical sociocultural experiences across the African Diaspora and Detty December celebrations. This was a good place to stay for that. Getting to the beach/other areas 12-15 minutes Uber/Bolt. Eric’s place was exactly how it was described in my opinion. Eric was a great host, very responsive and extremely nice. Hospitality was top tier.

Grayson Court is a wonderful home base for visiting Accra. The home is large, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. Mr Perkins, the caretaker on the property, is super friendly and extremely attentive! I stayed here for a work trip, and the team enjoyed it so much we came back the next year for a second stay. It is a great, private, safe home base, within walking distance of Oxford Street. The rooms are large and comfortable, with AC in each room. Mr. Perkins always makes sure the electricity and internet are topped up and that you're comfortable, and if we ever needed recommendations, he was quick to help out. He would even run errands for us if we needed him to! Clare is a wonderful host. Even with the time zone change she is extremely attentive and quick to respond. On my second trip our travel dates changed after booking the reservation, but she was very accommodating with the change. Grayson Court will be my home away from home every time!

Nice place. felt at home we forgot the door to the house open , while we went outside for hours but we came back to find everything intact. Security was top notch

Totally impressed with the accommodation. Loved that one could easily walk to the main road where there is a plethora of shops including supermarkets. This was very helpful as I traveled with a toddler. Noah the caretaker is really great and Peter was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Totally fell in love with the place , clean, spotless and functional. I will definitely choose it again. Feels just like home and more

I felt safe and comfortable while staying in Sebastian Residence. Very clean house and beautiful neighborhood. Sebastian was great in responding to messages. Philip (The caretaker) was an amazing very good at his job.

The apartment was very nice, spacious, modern and well located. Joseph and Isaac ensured all our requests were met. Thank you. They also had a back-up power generator that ensured constant power supply during the power outages that are now becoming frequent in Accra. All in all, I will recommend this apartment and will return when next in Accra.

I came for the views, but enjoyed a lot more from the space. It's the middle of Osu, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it was quiet. Construction next door made daytime noises, but it didn't hamper my trip much as I was there for work.

William is an outstanding host who is incredibly kind and responsive. The place was wonderful. Do be aware that it’s in Nima, a neighborhood of Accra that is unfortunately not as developed as others. This takes nothing away from William’s place, that is absolutely marvelous.

This is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. The hostess was always easily accessible and responded immediately. The complex is very well maintained overall and you feel very safe. The highlight is the rooftop pool, from which you can watch the whole city. Unfortunately, the water heater made very loud unpleasant noises, which is why we always had to switch it off to have peace and quiet. Overall, we had a very nice week-long stay and can highly recommend the place.
