Juan Pablo and his Father were attentive and caring hosts. I had a large party and they accommodated us arriving late and aided in our transport to and from the house at odd hours. They always came to check in on us and make sure we were comfortable while providing activities for the kids to enjoy (Badminton, Soccer, Jacuzzi, Basketball). They were both extremely welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home on the property. We also had the help of two women who aided in preparing meals and cleaning the property daily. They were incredible and attended to our every need at any moment. They tirelessly worked to make sure we were fed throughout the day. The property is magical and photos don't do it justice. The view is breathtaking, especially at sunset and the early morning. The plants, vegetation and wildlife add a vibrant life to the sprawling property. The beautiful experience of staying here was exactly what my family needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the accommodation, just as described. Norma was very attentive to us, ready to solve any unexpected issues, and the lady who helped us at the house was very friendly and helpful. Bringing in the new year at this accommodation was very special. Our children enjoyed it, our dogs enjoyed it. Everything was perfect.

Ginna's place was spotless when we arrived, it contained all the ammenities listed and the shared pictures show very well the property. Something that is not mentioned is that you will have access, depending on the season, to an unlimited number of mangoes, coconuts, oranges and mandarines available all throughout the property. We got to enjoy the mangoes everyday and some coconuts at the end of our stay. :) The property has two hosts that took care of everything, were very attentive and pro-active. They shared their contact with us and were very responsive whenever we needed them. Additionally, the host offered the possibility of having a cleaning service any day of our stay for a small additional fee. The lady was very helpful and kind. She helped with the cleaning and cooking for half the stay The only point of improvement for the property is the check-in procedure; going through each item of the house and signing some documents. It took about 30 min.

I already knew the house and I returned with my family, who also really enjoyed the stay. The house is spacious, comfortable and has everything you need to spend a time of rest and tranquility. The people in charge of the care of the house are very friendly and always willing to help.

Very nice place. Just as it appeared in the ad. The property was very large and comfortable. Good decoration. The place was very close to the village by car, so it was possible to get supplies easily. On the first night we had a problem with the kitchen light, but the next day it was fixed without any problem. The caretakers of the property were very friendly and helpful at all times. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Beautiful landscapes to contemplate, as well as walks and animals. I would definitely go back to the property. Totally recommended.

A very nice and quiet place. It's exactly what they offer. The house and its surroundings are well maintained and the managers Leonel and Virgelina are very attentive to what the guest requires. Very good spaces and beautiful landscape to enjoy as a family.

Excellent host and service from Mauricio . It is a very cozy house, in the middle of nature , excellent for resting or celebrating an event . We had an excellent time in celebrating my wife's birthday, we did a firewood asado and have all the help of an employee that Mauricio offers. Also we take our pet . Highly recommended this house .

Super relaxing place with beautiful pool, coffee farm, farm animals, fresh eggs, produce, and a beautiful stream to explore. Super fun for our family. Hosts were communicative and the family that live on the property were attentive to all of our needs. Would highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, large and comfortable, the kitchen has absolutely everything for one to be comfortable, good board games and a pool table that allowed us to have fun, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms although the hot water in the shower was a little intermittent, the pool was barely but very icy, the weather didn't help us much either. Stella was super attentive and kind to everything we needed. The road has some unpaved sections but they are passable, although with a lot of rain you might not be able to pass if you don't have a 4X4 truck. In general we managed to rest from the noise and stress of the city and spent a nice weekend with the family and resting comfortably! Thank you very much.

We had a very good experience at the Nágala estate, it is quiet and surrounded by nature; the house and all its architecture is very connected with its surroundings. It has a swimming pool and an enviable view. Highly recommended!

Simply EXTRAORDINARY. The hospitality of Andrew and Elizabeth has been amazing during the 6 days our family of 12 was there. From the cleanliness to the comfort of beds, bedrooms and bathrooms (fascinating showers), there was no shortage of details and you can see that the owners have worked serving people in restoration for a long time because nothing was missing in the kitchen. The place is beautiful and the villa is huge with a dream jacuzzi. A very cozy space to watch movies as a movie. Several fireplaces throughout the rooms and unforgettable views. It's definitely not a place for everyone. This Villa must choose you, it feels like a very powerful and positive energy. Especially suitable for families.

It is not the first time we have stayed in this house, we prefer it and we come back for everything, the attention and kindness of Silvia and Mrs. Estella, the comfort, organization, spaciousness and cleanliness of the house, the tranquility and privacy. It was very easy to communicate with Pilar, and she was always aware of all the preparations for our arrival. You have a beautiful estate, full of plants and good energy. The two houses are very nice and cozy. We loved the social spaces: the terrace and the green areas. The kitchen has very good light, and the living room is perfect for sharing as a family with the warmth of the fireplace. Upon arrival, we met Cecilia, who takes care of the property. Never, in all the trips and stays we've had, have we met someone as attentive as Cecilia was to our family. Cecilia was super dedicated and very special to us. She was a big part of the great experience we had. The bunk beds were not so comfortable, and Cecilia very diligently took care of it. This shows how important it is to have had Cecilia in charge. A very good estate to go several families and enjoy the spaces, nearby walks, and keep the stove on all day!
