Our spacious accommodation is the direct neighbor of the Matane Lighthouse, and is located just above the most beautiful gym in the province (access included)! It consists of a master bedroom with a king bed, and a second bedroom with a double bed. The accommodation offers a full bathroom including washer and dryer as well as a large kitchen where you will find everything you need to share good meals hassle-free (thanks to the dishwasher)!

The apartment in our seaside VILLA in the heart of Baie des Chaleurs is on the second floor giving you the impression of dominating the sea in a liner! Everything is done in this maritime climate to make your stay hassle-free. In an ancestral house, located right on the shoreline of the sea in Sainte-Flavie. Charming country apartment for 2 people, very spacious. The exterior was refurbished in 2021 and the house is now RED. The interior of the home was renovated in 2017. Beach access and BBQ on site. 3 km from downtown Sainte-Flavie, 5 km from Mont-Joli and 30 minutes' drive from Rimouski town. The cleaning is done by a cleaning company.

Sea-level residence

Really spectacular site. This accommodation is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides light but not a view of the river. You can, however, go out into the yard and have direct access to a long walk along the waterfront. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing). We are on the arts route, lots of art galleries, a few restaurants and bistros and a craft brewery. (no304573)
