The street is quiet, but close to shops and several urban parks.

I will welcome you personally until 8 p.m. maximum. There's no key box. Comfortable 16 m2 studio for 1 person. New home, ideally designed for business travel or individual tourism. Fully equipped with free secure parking. A stone's throw from Barbieux Park in Roubaix. This accommodation is non-smoking, however the residence has a beautiful green park to get some air and enjoy the sun.

Our accommodation (20 m2 studio with kitchenette) is located minutes from downtown Lille. The tram (5-minute walk stop), takes you directly to the train station in a few minutes.
