Estuvo muy bonito todo pero para mi grupo de amistades quienes me comentaron en reiteradas veces que porque se iba a el agua, sería genial que la sra indique el motivo porque no hay agua todo el día para que los futuros inquilinos prevean, lo demás todo estaba bien, agradecida por su acogida.

Todo muy bien, buena experiencia de verdad que se los recomiendo al 100% todo muy bonito de hecho que tendré que regresar nuevamente

En general todo muy bien, por ahi algunos temas con el agua caliente, que se llegaron a solucionar. Muy atentas y calidas las personas que nos atendieron. Lo recomiendo

I had the most incredible 6 week stay here! I have stayed in many airbnbs and never felt so at home. It's only the 3 apartments, and it feels like staying with a local family. Jose Ignacio and his mother are the sweetest and kindest people and I loved living here. He is an amazing cook and even shared some delicious meals with me! The apartment is even nicer than the photos, so large and spacious. The yard is so nice and the wifi works everywhere so I was able to work outside and sit by the pool. It was a perfect remote work location with a view of the ocean. I was there in summer and was fine without AC, I left the windows open and the breeze is so nice. You are right on the beach and in the middle of nature so dirt/sand blows in and there are some ants, just keep clean and don't drop crumbs and they are small and don't bother you. It's a little bit of a walk from the centre of town but I love the privacy and unblocked view of the ocean. I can't wait to return to my Huanchaco home!

La gente, la atención, las facilidades, todo muy grato y sin ninguna queja, recomendable para poder desconectarse unos días y la ubicación está cerca a diferentes puntos de la ciudad.

Excelente lugar para una estadía de varios días. Cuenta con todas las comidades. Recomendadísimo.

I spent a month in Julio's apartment & loved it. He was always quick to respond, friendly, and helpful. As a digital nomad, the apt was ideal. Strong internet, a nice kitchen, and a large, comfortable space. The workout equipment is a great bonus. Washer worked great. Internet/WiFi Speeds: Super fast; over 500d/600u on VPN Workspace: Nice desk w/ very comfy office chair Bed: very comfortable, slept well Kitchen: Great kitchen w/ good cookware, appliances, & utensils Water: pressure is OK, temp is steady Food/grocery: restaurants/supermarkets within 5-15min walk (bodegas across the street) Neighborhood: Loved it - relaxed, walkable, easy to get to the center (Uber was always quick to pick-up), a few blocks from Ave Larco for tons of restaurants/shopping. Julio was great at communicating from afar (he was out of the country) and when I had a plumbing issue (resolved as quick as is possible in Peru). Very well stocked with toiletries, detergent, & little household things for a comfy stay.

Esta ha sido la segunda ocasión en la que me hospedo en el departamento y, al igual que la primera vez, la experiencia fue excelente. La atención recibida fue muy cordial y eficiente, y el lugar cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí en futuras ocasiones. Altamente recomendable. :)

Overall everything went great! Towels were super nice and soft same thing with the bedding. Rodrigo parents are very responsible and they went above and beyond to make me and my family feel great. Place Is right by the main square and there is a lot to do around, city is very safe and people is generally courteous and friendly, I will recommend this place and for sure I will be back again. Short story I had a fall and twisted my ankle so I needed an orthopedic boot and crutches and Rodrigo parents went To the store and purchased for me so I was really grateful because they went above and beyond.♥️
