You will be staying close to everything when you stay in this central accommodation, one block from the beach, opposite the Palace of Justice, very safe area, close to the cultural center, supermarket and one of the best restaurants in the city. Safe street parking for free. Located on a second floor of the building, stair access. Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, balcony with internal view, master bedroom with air conditioning and indoor bathroom, space for work. Kitchen with utensils.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay, everything was very clean, Samuel was very responsive, he helped us to enter the property much earlier, if you plan to travel to Riohacha I recommend his place.

Mrs. Marlene is very kind, she is always attentive to what is required. The place is quiet, very clean, just like the photos. It is close to shops and the beach.

Overall, the conditions are worth the price. Allison is kind and easy to communicate with. There is a beautiful garden with a desk where one can work. Minuses: The photos are outdated. Nowadays, the view from the terrace is mainly of the trees surrounding the apartment (the trees from the photo have grown up). There was some mold in the apartment and some cockroaches. When there is a power cut in Palomino, there is no alternative source of power = no light, no internet, so one needs to be prepared for that. There was one barking dog of one the visitors (the only reason why I sometimes felt unsafe when comming back to the apartment).

A well-arranged sleeping area features a spacious bed with neatly arranged white bedding. Above the bed, three framed art pieces depicting boats are displayed on the light-colored wall. A large closet with wood accents is positioned to the left.
