On the 1st: 1 mezzanine with sofa and TV, 3 bedrooms including 1 open to the mezzanine and 1 shower room/toilet. Equipped kitchen. Hiking trails and close to ski slopes.

Ideally located next to cross-country skiing trails, hiking trails and mountain biking trails. Only 700m from the center of the resort, you can leave with skis or sneakers on your feet from the garden! Recently renovated (end of 2023), our single-story vacation rental offers you all the modern comforts, summer and winter, with direct access to nature and the activities of the resort without taking the car.

Our cottage is rated 4 stars. It is located a 10-minute walk from the shops and the center of the La Feclaz resort. (snowshoeing 50 m, cross country skiing South plateau 50 m, downhill skiing 10 min, mountain biking and walks 2 min. The cottage is new, all wood, facing south, in a quiet and bucolic location. (no road nearby, no overcrowding, view of the forest and meadows!) Separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, upstairs play area with TV, DVD player, sofa bed + bed under the eaves.

Au cœur de la station de La Feclaz, nous vous proposons notre appartement neuf de 47 m² au 2ème étage et dernier étage (avec ascenseur), sa terrasse de 11 m² et son parking couvert (avec prise pour recharge). Il est situé au départ des pistes de ski de fond et de ski alpin avec toutes les commodités à moins de 200 m (ESF, supermarché Sherpa, laverie, boulangerie, tabac, location de ski et VTT …). Pratique et fonctionnel, l’appartement est conçu pour accueillir 4 personnes. Wifi très haut débit

We have 2 chalets so if your dates aren’t available please check the other chalet’s calendar. Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Welcome to Chalet Clair Bois – La Féclaz An authentic Savoyard chalet at an altitude of 1350 m surrounded by fir trees, 300 m from the center of the resort and the chairlift (downhill mountain biking). From many hikes, the La Féclaz plateau is a fabulous playground 25 minutes from Chambéry. Enjoy the wooden Nordic hot tub, which is hybrid (electric and wood heating) and always ready to use! The apartment is located in a small quiet residence in the heart of the resort. In winter you are at the start of the Nordic and Alpine ski slopes. In summer, you are at the start of hiking, mountain biking and various activities (archery, trampoline...) and you enjoy the residence's private indoor pool. For summer Petanque court. A secure bike room is available. Pool open from 06/12/2026 to 09/06/2026: no swimsuits; paid access to the sauna and steam room.
