The social area and the rooms are quite large. The people who collaborate in the house were always attentive to what we needed.

Very nice place. Just as it appeared in the ad. The property was very large and comfortable. Good decoration. The place was very close to the village by car, so it was possible to get supplies easily. On the first night we had a problem with the kitchen light, but the next day it was fixed without any problem. The caretakers of the property were very friendly and helpful at all times. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Beautiful landscapes to contemplate, as well as walks and animals. I would definitely go back to the property. Totally recommended.

We had an incredible time, we felt right at home, the kitchen very complete, microwaves and sanducheras were highly appreciated,maybe a little cupboard space is missing when the group is large, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, the showers do not have hot water so bathing early is not pleasant because the water is very cold, in the afternoon it is already manageable. The remodeled pool was very comfortable, the entrance staircase should be adjusted because it is unstable and moves, walking through the gardens is very nice, the social area with TV and good lighting, and the terrace to share had very comfortable chairs, the dining room is very spacious. The comfortable beds with good mattress and fresh sheets, you need a comfortable where to put clothes in some rooms, the main one if you have. Overall the house is in very good condition, it has some details to fix and improve that we share with the host. We were very happy, it's our second time at the house and we'll be back! Balcones del Hato is a great option to rest and disconnect from the city. My family and I enjoyed the facilities and the pool and were very happy. Excellent service from Mr. Orlando, who was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back God willing.

Very nice apartment, organized set. Super close to Villeta, comfortable pool. Uncomfortable parking but quiet, could be sorted out perfectly.

Impeccable hygiene and very very very comfortable bedding!!! This stop allowed us to recharge our batteries! Julio's advice for the restaurant was very helpful because we ate very well there! All in a really nice atmosphere, I would recommend it without hesitation!

The house is really special. You will be completly isolated with just the owner as a neighbour who will help you with whatever inquiry that you might have. Communication works with either phone or messaging app. Regarding the terrain to get to the house might be intimidating but our cars made the descend and ascend to the place without problems. Now to the exciting part. The pool is rather big and is cleaned by the owner every day. The water is warmed up by the sun, given the overall warm climate the water is really enjoyable. With gadgets like two hammocks, a bluetooth loudspeaker and some board games this place has really everything that you need to enjoy some days there (even if it rains). The owner takes really good care of the place and tries to improve it continously.

Juan Pablo and his Father were attentive and caring hosts. I had a large party and they accommodated us arriving late and aided in our transport to and from the house at odd hours. They always came to check in on us and make sure we were comfortable while providing activities for the kids to enjoy (Badminton, Soccer, Jacuzzi, Basketball). They were both extremely welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home on the property. We also had the help of two women who aided in preparing meals and cleaning the property daily. They were incredible and attended to our every need at any moment. They tirelessly worked to make sure we were fed throughout the day. The property is magical and photos don't do it justice. The view is breathtaking, especially at sunset and the early morning. The plants, vegetation and wildlife add a vibrant life to the sprawling property. The beautiful experience of staying here was exactly what my family needed.

Wonderful place, the photos don't do it justice since it's nicer in person, you feel a lot of peace and you can breathe fresh air. Additionally, the farm dogs are the most beautiful, they accompanied us on our round-trip walk, and we felt super protected. Mrs. Magdalena was very dear, super attentive and helped us with everything. We will definitely be back as we didn't have time to do more of the things the place offers. 10/10

John was an excellent host, he always responded on time. The house is super nice, a spectacular view. Spacious rooms, and well-groomed kitchen. Surrounded by a lot of green and suitable for carrying pets. Very good parking space. The only thing to improve, is to allow the use of the jacuzzi at night, as it could only be turned on in the day, due to damage I had from a previous reservation.
