It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The Capitol and its many activities are 6 minutes away. Less than an hour away is Epernay and its cellars, Reims, Troyes, Verdun. Very bright, south facing with direct access to the garden, located in a farmhouse offering additional space.
