Spectacular country house in a gated community on the road to Cerritos. Ideal for disconnecting and resting in the middle of nature but very close to Pereira. A swimming pool and private Turkish bath. All the facilities and security for families with babies. Excellent location, 150 meters from the main avenue by paved road, 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Ukumari Park, 10 minutes from CC Unicentro. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away. We speak English to answer questions from foreigners.

Price includes entire house with private parking. Only a few blocks from the main plaza and colonial streets, this private house is inside Coronel's Peak state. This was the state of a Spanish Coronel during colonial times and it's very well preserved. The house was declared Architectural Heritage by the Colombian Ministry of Culture. You can walk to restaurants and cafes near by. There's a small cabin located in the Villa about 40 meters away from the house that is rented separately.
