Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Nice and cosy flat on the 3rd floor without lift of the 16th-century Palazzo Pantelleria. Large double bedroom with a view of the church and another double bed on the mezzanine. Large living room with equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. Equipped with heating, air conditioning, wifi. LOCATION: We are in the pedestrian Piazza Meli, right in the centre! The atmosphere at the Ferramenta is magical, like their Gin Tonic and the chef's dishes! Not for those seeking absolute quiet!

Elvira’s apartment is an absolute gem, it is clear this is her home and is beautifully furnished and equipped as a result. It is spacious and stylish with lovely homely touches; the vinyl collection, the piano, the well stocked fridge and cupboards for guests. You will want for nothing. The apartment has two balconies, alive with lush plants and a perfect breakfast spot overlooking the historical square. Once night falls and you close the doors, it is absolutely silent and your sleep will be deep and uninterrupted in the fabulous bedroom. The apartment is very close to all the historical sights and fabulous restaurants too, you will find lots of super recommendations from Elvira. Elvira has obviously spent a lot of time and effort creating this amazing apartment space and you should not hesitate in booking.

Very nice and spacious apartment - we were surprised by the size ! It’s a really well renovated old apartment with amazing high ceilings and beautiful old tile floors 🤍 The bathrooms are new and very clean. The city centre and a lot of nice restaurants are in walking distance and just across the street there is big parking space.

Perfect accommodation with a welcoming, available host who answered all the questions I asked. Easily reachable. Fits schedules. The accommodation is well located, you can do everything on foot. Both atypical and typically Italian with its balcony, rooftop terrace, and decoration. No worries about coming back at night. Everything is in the accommodation (salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, household products...) Completely suitable for short stays. Totally recommend Small downside: the light from the stairs that passes through the kitchen and bedroom windows.

Great spot. Location is central and walkable. Living room is welcoming and airy. 4 bedrooms all have air conditioning. Good for a group up to 10 people. Can be both convenient for a short stay like we did, or a charming place for a longer stay. Bravo!

A cozy place in an area with an excellent location. You could walk to the most important tourist areas of Palermo (the port and the city center) on foot, without the need to take the car. By the way, there is plenty of parking space near the apartment. Marco is an excellent host who was always very attentive to our comfort, very nice and pleasant, he gave us tips on places to visit and well, the breakfast included in the family cafeteria was an excellent way to start the day. We would definitely come back!
