Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

My accommodation is surrounded by nature, in a pretty property on the banks of the Erdre, ideal for a family with 2 children or for 2 couples. 67 m2. On the ground floor, kitchen, living room, toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, shower room. Open garden with garden furniture, barbecue, swings, slide, ping-pong table. Possibility to use the owners' heated pool (11 m by 4.50 m) from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. except Sunday in summer. Welcome your horses to the meadow. Direct sale of apples in season.

My place is surrounded by multicenter trees of ancient roses and hydrangeas in a property dating from the 18th century 4 km from the town of Nort sur Erdre and its train station , 30 minutes from Nantes ,close to the canal from Nantes to Brest ideal for hikers on foot or by bike ,fishermen, canoe rides...many circuits in the area. Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
