Stunning apartment, decorated with great taste, mixing modern and colonial era features.m with tropical vegetation. Every little detail has been taken care of. Great communication with Óscar Javier and excellent attention from the lovely housekeepers, who keep the house spotless clean. This place was a highlight of our stay in Trinidad. Very highly recommended!

We stayed with 8 men at Javier Alejandro's apartment (aka Residence Jesus Maria) in the centre of Trinidad for 2 nights. Co-host Leo and his team gave us a very warm welcome with wet towels and a drink. The apartment is very conveniently located with everything you want to see in Trinidad within walking distance. The late night concert at the Casa de la Música is a must go to! The rooms are spacious and clean with good beds. Breakfast is a big treat with freshly baked and tasty sourdough bread, a very nice change after some days with dry white toast. Leo was very helpful with various good tips and his enthusiastic team gave us a good time!

Beautiful house with lots of private space and quiet at night. Every room was spotless and has its own bathroom. The location is perfect. Rino is always ready to help with whatever you need. He is Italian so he know to witch restaurant to send European so they can have good food. If you are going to Trinidad, this is the place to stay!

Unsere Zeit bei Javier war einfach unvergesslich! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von seiner Frau empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Javiers Unterkunft ist ein wahres Juwel – wunderschön eingerichtet, äußerst sauber und mit vielen liebevollen Details, die den Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht haben. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Schönheit von Trinidad zu erkunden und gleichzeitig Ruhe und Entspannung zu genießen. Was jedoch den Aufenthalt besonders herausragend gemacht hat, war die liebevolle Bewortung durch seine Frau und Javiers Gastfreundschaft. Er war stets hilfsbereit und hatte tolle Tipps für lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Aktivitäten, die unseren Aufenthalt bereichert haben. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit seiner freundlichen und offenen Art den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestaltet. Prachtige casa, een paar minuten lopen van Plaza Mayor. Heerlijk dakterras, prima ontbijt en de ontvangst en de verzorging door Olga was zeer gastvrij. Het ongemak van de recente stroomstoringen werd verzacht door de aanwezigheid van ventilatoren en lampen op batterijen.

We loved our stay. The location was a short walk to everything. The property is lush, tropical vegetation. The building is unique architecture with great function. Our rooms were comfortable and clean with a private bath. The hosts were attentive and helpful. The coffee and breakfast was the best we had in Cuba. Se would happily return in the future!

Se desvivieron por ayudarnos en todo, es más, nos ofrecieron un servicio de guía muy completo y asequible, además tuvimos un problema y supieron arreglarlo muy eficaz y rápidamente. Sus desayunos son cuantiosos y muy ricos, en una terraza bajo un árbol gigante de mango. En la terraza superior, se puede observar Trinidad, tanto al amanecer como al atardecer, algo hipnótico. Muy buena gente y servicial. nos sentimos parte de su familia. El despertar con el canto de las aves es único y gratificante. Gracias familia 🫂

La verdad es que el lugar era muy acogedor, un ambiente relajado y como si estuvieses en tu casa, tambien decir que las instalaciones eran muy buenas, buenas habitaciones con todas las comodidades y lo mas importante , unos colchones en los que descansabas plácidamente ( aire acondicionado y baños en cada habituación ). Y por di hablando de las instalaciones aun no fuese suficiente , tengo que agregar que el personal de la casa era maravilloso, tanto la encargada de limpieza, como la de lavandería,como la de cocina, como los dueños de la casa que te ayudan en darte toda la información necesaria para que pases una estancia maravillosa y conozcas los lugares mas interesantes de Trinidad. Fue un gran acierto haber reservado en ese lugar, hasta se nos hizo corta la estancia y nos dio mucha pena marcharnos después de haber estado tan bien cuidados. Volveré a repetir con toda seguridad. Si tengo que dar una nota le daría un 10.
