Nearby, the Palais Municipal and its shows, the grocery store, the city center, the cruise ship dock, hiking and canoeing.

The apartment has 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets / shower / bathroom, a laundry room, a fireplace & 1 bed added for a 7th person. The balcony is 360 wrapped around the house. The outdoor gazebo allows a 360 degrees view of the magnificent Saguenay Fjord, is fully furnished and can receive 6 to 10 people.
