Fantastic site. Easy parking, pools, beach access via boat, nighttime entertainment... all excellent. The apartment had everything and matched the photos. Close to the complex good restaurants and promenade to walk along. To repeat.

Our stay at Javier's place was, once again, excellent. The apartment is impeccable, well equipped and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained, with all the amenities described in the listing. Javier is an exceptional host, always attentive and available for any questions or needs. Communication with him was quick and smooth at all times, which made us feel very comfortable. Plus, their kindness and empathy make the experience even better. We definitely recommend this place 100% and will return in the future. Five stars in every way! Maria y Jesús.

a very clean, apartment in a smart block on the edge of town. overlooking the harbour, on a main road but quiet at night. 2 minutes walk to a very clean launderette and well stocked supermarket. Apartment was spacious and well equipped and furnished. As per the description, everything was within a 10-15 minute flat walk from the apartment. a nice balcony which caught the morning sun and overlooked the harbour. We were welcomed by Rui who took the time to explain where places were, including a 5 minute walk to the ferry to the island. The apartment was very secure with good locks on all external doors, there was also an enclosed balcony at the rear where laundry could be aired. all in all a great apartment in a pleasant town . would certainly return.

Spacious apartment with lots of light, in a quiet area close to the centre of Tavira, ideal for a couple (plus a small child). Easy to find and fully matched the description, has all amenities for a restful vacation. Highlight for the cleaning, the super comfortable bed and the balcony with a beautiful view of Cabanas de Tavira :) Hosts Sara and Rui were excellent, from booking to farewell - thank you very much for everything, we loved the stay and look forward to coming back next year :)

We had a lovely stay at Sonia’s place! We were a group of 12 friends (6 couples) and the place accommodated us perfectly. A couple of rooms shared a bathroom and one was smaller (twin beds) with a bathroom across the hall but the other three of the rooms have their own ensuite bathroom. The home was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals. Sonia was lovely, very friendly and very helpful. We all had a great time. I will say the pool is very cold (which I loved, but some not so much). The beautiful town of Tavira is a quick drive away (5-10 minutes at most) and you can get an Uber there for approximately 5 euros. You can also walk into the little fishing village of Santa Luzia (where you are on the outskirts) and there are some lovely little restaurants there. A great stay! Thanks Sonia!

Everything totally great. Great location close to the river and the marketplace. Hostess super friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back :-)

a wonderful stay in an amazing indoor heated pool complex, jacuzzi, sauna and 10 mins walk to cabañas bar and shop. the apartment is spacious and quiet. we had an unforgettable stay. we highly recommend it. BOA VIDA PORTUGAL ❤️🇵🇹

Our host was very responsive and a great communicator. Apartment was very comfortable with everything we needed for our week stay. Beautiful view from kitchen window and balcony overlooking historic Tavira. Great sunrise and sunset. Apartment very quiet. Even the church bells can only be heard when windows are open. Easy walk to everything. A lot of road work during our stay but so easy to walk everywhere. Would love to come back.

The Caban was just as described—perfectly situated not too far from Faro, yet away from the hustle and bustle of tourist hotspots. It offered a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The Caban itself was beautiful and felt like home.The kitchen was well-equipped, and although we only cooked 3 nights using the outdoor electric grill, we had everything we needed for our meals.The Caban itself was incredibly comfortable, and the bed was possibly the best I’ve ever slept on. The tranquility made for some of the best sleep I've had in a long time! We didn’t get to use the pool due to the cooler weather, but we would have loved it otherwise. Getting around was easy; we simply walked to the train tracks for our Uber pick-up and had no issues travelling to Olhão and back on the nights we didn’t cook. Caroline and her husband were fantastic hosts—available when needed but never intrusive, which we appreciated. Plus, their dog Lily came by daily for some belly rubs, and we happily obliged!
