We stayed in this cozy apartment and absolutely loved it! The space is very well thought out—everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. A big TV, heated floors, and a fully equipped kitchen make it feel just like home. The location is excellent—everything is close and convenient. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. A special thanks to the host, who was always available, responsive, and ready to help. We highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay and will definitely come back again!

Elvira is a great host, as always. This is my second time staying at her place, and I’ll definitely choose it again in the future. The sheets and towels are clean and of good quality. The neighborhood is safe, with cafes and parks nearby. Highly recommended!

All good, clean and tidy place. There is an inflatable bed and fold-out sofa which had some weird mechanism so in fold-out position there was a whole in the middle. Not for 2 adults I would say, but it was enough for one adult and a kid. Balcony looking into other building, so you have to close curtains if you want extra privacy. The location is very good with walking distance to nice parks. Be careful with the elevator too - it keeps closing if you're not quick to get inside

We have stayed here a few times because it is a very convenient location. We would stay here again, it’s close to everything you need—restaurants, groceries, etc.

The apartment is spacious, clean and bright. There is everything you need for a comfortable family stay. Centrally located so it's convenient to get anywhere in the city. All photos match, we will definitely come again. Recommended.

This apartment is centrally located around great restaurants, public spaces, and essential things to do in Bishkek. Kamal was a wonderful host who was always prompt to answer any questions I had about anything. It is a much better space in person - you won’t be disappointed!

His communication was strong, helpful and a good host. When we come to the Bishkek region, we would like to stay in this house again. The house was nice and convenient , just the kitchen chairs should be repaired, everything else was very good. Thanks Alina

The apartment, without exaggeration, is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Convenient self check-in/check-out - the key is in the box near the entrance. Third floor, on two sides, quiet, bright, spotlessly clean, fresh renovation, equipped with everything you need. There is a lot of tableware: plates, cups, glasses, there is a frying pan, a saucepan, a ladle, etc. Spices, salt, sugar, coffee, tea - everything is there. The towels are gorgeous! There is a hairdryer, iron, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, vacuum cleaner, air conditioning, a very large and comfortable desk. Even underfloor heating in the bathroom! The hostess is responsive, attentive, always responded quickly. Fast internet. The location is very convenient. In general, I recommend to anyone who has doubts.

Super nice place in the center of Bishkek. Basic, but very spacious. Contacting the host was top notch.

It was a beautiful apartment. The building is old but the flat has been refurbished with everything inside except washing machine . It’s easy to find .

The apartment is at the city center. Perfect location and easy access to everything. Lots of cafe and restaurants nearby. Bublik restaurant below the apartment was my favourite. Nice food there. Can just walk to every where in the city. Nearby pharmacy too in case you need to buy meds. Host was very responsive. He helped me to arrange driver to pick me up from the airport at 5am. Everything was great! Highly recommended for the place.

I give 5 stars in advance, since the apartment is cozy and has prospects. At the time of our stay, there was no fast internet connection yet, there was only a 5G modem with the appropriate speed. Slightly unfinished repairs in places (wires stick out), but this did not interfere with the stay and comfort. There were a bit of a lack of dishes (mugs, plates), but I think they will fix it. Also keep in mind that I do not deliver food to the area so far, but it delivers Glovo. You can get to the city center by taxi in about 30 minutes. The area is actively being built up, but there was no noise in the apartment.

I had a lovely stay in this apartment The local cafes nearby were fantastic! The apartment was clean and comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my remote work. The host was responsive and made the stay easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place in South Bishkek.

Azamat's place was exactly what we needed. He was very responsive, kind, helpfull, and even spoke English. The house is situated in a modern fenced community with many amenities right on the lake. There's an indoor and outdoor pool, grocery, game center, massage workout room etc. The apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. You can relax in the shade to the sounds of birds singing. The grounds are so pristine! The apartment has a well appointed kitchen. Plenty of utensils, pans etc. There is a full bathroom and a half which is wonderful for getting ready. The floor is also heated! The bed was comfortable and the smart TV was great. We would stay there again.
