Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

This was a great stay for the price! A nice walk into the city center, (15 min) but the restaurants around the corner are way better than in the city center and better prices for the quality! Very local restaurants! I only wish the WiFi had been better, was very spotty

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

My family and I have been lucky enough to stay at Rhodric & Angeliks place a few times while we are in Athens. It has consistently been tidy and clean each time. We are mostly grateful for the hospitality they provide, if anything is needed from us they make sure to meet any needs we have. The safe and quiet neighborhood makes this home the best place for a family getaway. Cannot recommend it enough!

A lovely and very spacious up-scale apartment. Very modern and fully smart- automated. Giacomo was always responsive and helpful, which I very much appreciated. Excellent location, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Glyfada, but also tucked away from the busy streets. Short walk to the beaches, and I loved the walking path near the shores. This apartment is a cut above the rest and deserves its high price.

Everything was like it should be. The apartment was beautiful and clean and I really liked the bathroom because for me it’s one of the most important things and it was pretty clean it has a nice shower. The second important thing for me is the bed and it was amazingly comfortable and I slept perfect. I would definitely recommend that place because my experience was perfect and the host was super kind, helpful and a very friendly guy.

Katerina was an amazing host, very friendly and understanding with my difficult schedule, she greeted me upon my arrival and showed me the apartment. The apartment itself was amazing, super clean and had had every single amenity one may need to live in, also has a huge balcony which is amazing to sit out on (given that the weather allows it). Its also located within a 10 minute walking distance to a metro station, and couple minute walking distance to the nearest bus stop, the neighborhood is quiet and safe and has a parking spot which is a lifesaver. I will definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Athens, can only say the best things about katerina and her apartment 11/10⭐

Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft und ein ausgezeichnetes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Yiannis der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und ließ uns etwas früher einchecken, damit wir nicht lange warten müssen. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir konnten sehr gut kochen und alles was wir wollten auf dem Fernseher schauen, auf welchem alle möglichen Streamingdienste verfügbar waren. Den Abend konnte man sehr gut auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen. Leider gab es nur in einem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, jedoch war dies ausreichend um das Aparment während des Tages ausreichend zu kühlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und unserem Gastgeber Yiannis. Wenn wir fragen hatten, haben wir eine schnelle und hilfreiche Antwort bekommen. Eine Erfahrung die ich genauso wieder machen würde!

L'appartamento di Angeliki rispecchia la personalità della proprietaria. Colorato, creativo e con molte piante. Si nota immediatamente che la proprietaria è un'artista e un'amante della natura e dei gatti. L'interno è molto fedele alle foto. Forse un po' datato e con il fascino di un attichetto bohemien. Finalmente un appartamento con personalità e non simile a decine di altri anonimi Airbnb! La terrazza supera ogni aspettativa. Gode infattti di una vista mozzafiato sulla città: dall'Acropoli alla collina del Licabetto e fino al mare. Angeliki è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile e i suoi consigli su caffè e ristoranti si sono rivelati molto utili. Nella casa non c'è aria condizionata ma potenti ventilatori e pale sul soffitto. Comunque a maggio non ho sofferto il caldo in modo particolare. Ho anche apprezzato la posizione dell'appartamento, che non si trova proprio al centro della movida di Exarchia, leggermente defilato ma allo stesso tempo vicino a tutto.

A spacious, quiet and convenient apartment walkable to everything Athens has to offer. Peter was kind, helpful and always responsive. His instructions and information were as clear as I have ever known. He even helped us find a taxi for our onward journey - nothing was too much trouble. There are some reviews which criticise the area, but we beg to differ. OK, it’s what you might expect in the middle of a big city, but set right by the National Theatre we felt safe, secure and relaxed at all times. The apartment was big, and has a terrific view. It was really well equipped and spotlessly clean. Thanks Peter - we’ll be back!

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα και ο ιδιοκτήτης πάρα πολύ καλός και φιλικός, σε επόμενο μου ταξίδι θα το επέλεγα ξανά και θα το σύστηνα σε άλλους!

Studio parfait pour découvrir Athènes en quelques jours ! La terrasse est l'atout de ce logement et le logement est proche du centre-ville à pieds. Le quartier, loin de la frénésie du centre-ville hyper touristique est très agréable, avec bars, restaurants et commerces à proximité. Leonidas a été très accueillant et très facilement joignable. C'était parfait !

Très bel appartement grand et lumineux ; très bien décoré et un balcon plein sud. Les chambres sont grandes ainsi que le salon et la salle à manger. La salle de bains n’est pas très grande (jolie douche) mais il y a à les toilettes aussi. L’environnement est agréable avec un parc au bas de l’immeuble ; secteur piétonnier. De nombreux restaurants et cafés dans le quartier avec une ambiance familiale. Le seul bémol est le métro pour rejoindre le centre qui se trouve à 15/20 minutes à pied de l’appartement mais une station de taxi est présente au-dessus de l’immeuble ce qui est bien pratique pour rejoindre l’aéroport à tout heure. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 3 dans cet appartement au 3ème étage très lumineux.
