In this cozy place you will have a great weekend, business trip, vacation. The house is located in the ecological suburb of Kyiv. The center of Kyiv is about 15 km away. The nearest metro station is 6 km away. There is a shuttle bus stop nearby that goes to the city. There is a lake 1 km from the house. Next to the cottage town there are new residential complexes with many supermarkets, restaurants, cafes. There is a railway station 3 km away.

The Goratwins House is allocated near the Boryspil Airport (5 min by car) and 15 min to nearest Kiev’s metro station (Borispilska). From here you (or with my assistance) can organize trips to different places in Kiev or Kiev’s district (Chernobyl, Mezhigorye, Pirogovo etc). There is a kitchen, bedroom, toilet with shower cabin and living room on the first floor and three bedrooms with balcony, bathroom on the second floor.
