Waterfront vacation rentals in Kuta Selatan

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Great maid service! However location is’nt very good if you want to sleep before midnight. Check in instructions were unclear we ended up having to walk our luggage all the way to the second reception to pick up the key. Overall stay was 8/10

Very flexible and I was able to checkin early as requested. Clean, no clutter room and that view is to die for!!!! Cons: Shared bath/toilet. (Although I believe this was listed in the listing). Yes, u will hear the noises from the outside. Restaurant and people downstairs. So if you’re sensitive to noise, this isnt for you. I would love to stay again definitely when I go back to Uluwatu, Balangan Beach, Bali.

Enjoyed our time staying in Nusa dua. All in all a great stay, you will be happy! Note for people coming here there is a Coco Express opposite the Novotel to get your needs for the first night. Walk out the exit past the Pause Cafe and turn left on the road. It will be on the opposite side of the road to the hotel.

Great villa, perfect location on the cliff looking out over the Indian ocean, would highly recommend booking a stay here if you get the chance!

The moment you open the door to the garden, you are like wow! The villa was beyond expectations - even better (and bigger) than the pictures. The living area is superb, the pool is good size, the bedrooms are nice with AC and one of the bedrooms has an outdoor shower. The location is great - nice and quiet neighbourhood, close to the beach (quite a lot of stairs) and close to some good services. We really enjoyed the villa - did not want to leave. Thank you Sri for your kindness and good service!

My 2nd stay at Marlissa place. Thank you Marlissa for a great stay. We love it and thanks to housekeeping for doing their job very well! We did not have problem from any noise, can sleep very well…comfy bed too 😊

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

Ayu is a wonderful person and amazing host! Couldn’t rate this place higher, she is everything you want in a host: great recommendations, responsive, accommodating for anything you want and a friendly welcoming energy. The place really is better than the pictures, it is the perfect spot and has everything you need. Great shower facilities too. Perfect mix of being in nature but with modern facilities. I recommend this place to anyone.

This place was amazing! We enjoyed our stay so much. When we return to Bali we will definitely be staying here again. The place was beautiful and very clean. Kadek was so helpful and came to clean and responded quickly to everything we needed!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our time at Bingin beach. Spending the day listening to the sounds of the waves is so relaxing, and we loved watching the tide come and go. There is some construction noise, but not bad. The bed is comfortable and the A/C in the bedroom works well. The only thing I wished for was a fan in the bedroom so you could cool down while waiting for A/C. The A/C in the main floor living space isn’t as good, so it might not be the most comfortable to sleep in. The stairs are definitely no joke, but they’re very doable. Just don’t plan to go up and down multiple times in a day unless you’re very fit. We ate most of our meals on the beach, unless we were planning to go up the stairs for another reason. There are good restos on the beach. get cash before going down though as there is no ATM and some take cash only. Host was very kind and accommodating when my husband was ill and sent extra help for bags on check out. Overall a great place!

Wat een prachtige villa. Het is gloednieuw. Heeft mooie ruime slaapkamers. Je kunt lekker relaxen in de lounge van de woonkamer maar ook bij het zwembad. Het zwembad is groot en de kinderen hadden er veel plezier van. De manager Arya was erg vriendelijk en wilde van alles voor ons regelen. Elke dag werd er schoon gemaakt en afgewassen wat ervoor zorgde dat we er ons helemaal thuis voelde. Ben je op zoek naar een rustige plek met bijv. familie) dan zit je hier helemaal goed.

The place is amazing. It is spacious with great ocean view. There’s an access to the private beach. The host is friendly and responsive. Definitely enjoy our time spent in the villa.
