It was super lovely staying at this amazing Villa, my friends and I had the best time. Villa was super clean, well decorated and comfortable. Lesley was very hospitable, supportive and responsive, our stay was lovely. I’d definitely recommend this place and would go again the next time I’m in Zanzibar.

It was a wonderful stay in Zanzibar. The house was big, comfortable, and clean. It is located on the main road of Paje, so everything is very close, especially the beach. Hiba was amazing—very helpful, and we truly loved her. The house has all the amenities one might need. We specifically stayed for over 20 days and never regretted it for a moment. I highly recommend it. When we visit the island again, we will definitely stay here.

Greg and Grace provided great support in advance. Greg was even so sweet and changed €100 for me so we didn't have to change money at the airport for an unfair course and were therefore taken care of for the first few days. We landed in Zanzibar in the middle of the night, the taxi organized by Greg picked us up at the airport and Grace was so kind to meet us in the morning. Both were always available via Whats App and gave us really very good tips on good restaurants in the area. The Airbnb itself, the terrace with a hot tub and the illuminated pool area overlooking the sea, can be used almost 24/7. From the bedroom you have an incredible view of the sea and can really watch the most beautiful sunrises in the morning after waking up. On request you can have breakfast prepared, you can just make out the time and say what you want. So it was great too! We had a good time :)

The Shivo Paje Villas team were amazing hosts and super friendly! Whether we needed a taxi booked or fresh towels, the team were always on hand to help us. One of the best AirBnBs my friends and I have ever stayed at and this was down to the quality of the service provided. We had the privacy of a private villa and the comforts of staying at a hotel (ie. Housekeeping each morning). The location is beautiful, minutes walk from the beach and close to many lovely restaurants. One big bonus was that the villa was within a gated compound with a security guard at the front. Each time a taxi collected us, the registration number of the vehicle was taken along with the drivers name which made us feel super safe. The security guard also escorted a food delivery driver to our door which we really appreciated as a group of women! The people of Zanzibar are some of the most amazing we’ve ever met, truly welcoming and made us feel at home.

Dolphin House is a truly unique place and experience. The position directly on the beach is priceless - I could never get sick of the view! There's a good balance of home comforts and the privacy of the house with still feeling connected with the outside, the community and just generally being in Zanzibar. We spent all of our time in the outside space - rotating between the sofas, the loungers on the beach, the table and the pool. It's incredibly well thought out and comfy! Rudy and his local team were always on hand. The chefs, in particular, are exceptional - while you are handy for plenty of restaurants and bars, we enjoyed every breakfast and most of our dinners at the villa. When you have the best spot on the beach, there was very little reason to leave!

Great communication with host, beautiful home close to a lot of restaurants, to the beach and friendly neighbourhood. House has a lovely view and was cosy me and the other girls defo recommend and enjoyed

This small, traditionally furnished apartment is located directly at the beach of Jambiani. You can relax on the terrace and always look at the ocean. The phenomenon of tide and tide is particularly strong there. You have to love this and get along with it that swimming is not possible at all times. For me, it was wonderfully relaxing days in Ovi's apartment. I would choose to stay there again and again

🏡 We had a great stay at the apartment, the bed was nice and comfortable and the shower was spacious with a relaxing rainshower. The apartment was nice and clean. 🗺️ The location of james' apartment was amazing, it's less than 2 min walk to the beach. You also pass by a cosy coffee place called Flow, I recommend you check it out. 💖 I want to give a special thanks to Amina, she was our main point of contact for any of our (many) questions. She responded very fast and was super friendly, overall easy to communicate with. I asked her about the "laundry nearby" as mentioned on the listing and she came and picked up our laundry and dropped it off after it was cleaned. It was very convenient. ⚡ There's an electricity problem in Paje, so from time to time the electricity would be off. Amina communicated this to us at our arrival. Throughout our stay she kept us in the loop on these power outages, which was very helpfull. Luckily this wasn't a big inconvenience for us. Asante sana!

A nice cozy place in Jambiani Very private and has all the facilities you might need,just 3 minutes walk from the beach and to nice local restaurants and little grocery stores. Lisa and her husband will give you all the directions and suggestions to enjoy your visit of the South of Zanzibar. Highly recommended!
