There are bars, restaurants, bakeries, and shops right in front of the building and there are tram stops nearby to explore other parts of the city. Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Nice living room, 2 bedrooms with doublebeds, 1 bathroom with showertub, 1 toilete with washing mashine (and dryer) and fully equipped kitchen. 5 min from the main square 'Trg bana Jelačića' and only a minute walk from the park Zrinjevac. The apartement is located in Jarun, Franje Wolfla street, a few minutes away from the Jarun lake, a recreation and sport complex with lots of bars, good restorants and night clubs. Jarun is placed outside the center, so you can reach the center by car within 10min or by tram within 15-30 min depends on the traffic. The appartement is placed on the 1st floor and the parking lot is in front of the building of the apartment, it is a public parking lot and it is free.
