[July 18, 2026 - PRE-OPEN!!] "SeTT(L)" is a newly built, entire surf villa in Torami, Chiba Sotobo, a surfing mecca. It can accommodate up to 10 people and is perfect not only for friends chasing the waves, but also for family and group trips to relax by the sea. The coast of Higashi Torami is just a short walk away. It is also about a 3-minute drive to the Tsurigazaki coast, the venue of the Tokyo Olympics. From the first wave check in the morning to the sunset session at dusk, you can enjoy a whole day flowing with the sea. The spacious 33 ㎡ balcony overlooking the sea is half covered with a roof and can be used as an outdoor living room on rainy days. When the sun goes down, talk about the waves on the outdoor sofa with a beer in one hand. You can also easily enjoy a BBQ with the gas grill. (There is a 5,000 yen fee for using the grill. If you wish to use it, we will provide you with detailed information after your booking is confirmed.) The interior features a stone-effect floor, a tiled kitchen, and wood, iron, and leather furniture. A 22 tatami living, dining, and kitchen area with a spacious 3.5 m high ceiling. Equipped with an outdoor shower with hot water, which is great for after surfing.

We renovated the old house where my grandmother once lived as much as possible with our own hands. Kujukuri Beach, which is a short walk away, is a memorable place where relatives and friends have gathered and had a lively time. I wanted to make it a place full of smiles again, like it was back then, so I've been working on it little by little. Now, with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna, it is a space where you can relax with your family, couples, and friends. One of the charming things about this house is that the cats that live nearby visit the garden at will. It is the perfect location for those who want to enjoy a quiet time by the sea. We have yoga mats, foot massagers, folding chairs and sleeping chairs that can be used in the sea, carts, 2 bicycles, sandpit sets and children's toys, chairs, toilet seats, picture books, hanging tents, and other facilities that are great for small children. Please feel free to contact us about long-term stays. We also have special discounts available for workations. It's dim, so you can sleep very well. You may not be able to work.
