The Ulenhuus is located in the middle of the idyllic region of Mecklenburg Switzerland not far from the cities of Rostock and Güstrow. It is located in the small cul-de-sac village of Zehlendorf - a place where you can recharge your batteries in seclusion and proximity to nature. Typical rural Mecklenburg flair belong to the village as well as many horses. Directly behind the town exit, the Zehlendorfer Moor Nature Reserve beckons and opens up a wide view over the structurally rich Recknitz lowland landscape.

The vacation home is located in the Sternberger Seenland Nature Park, is 200 years old and was formerly the ice house of the manor. It was completely renovated in 2017. The sauna, a canoe, a rowboat, a stand-up paddle as well as a table tennis table and badminton can be used free of charge. Groß Raden has an archaeological open-air museum with holiday programs and two restaurants. Fishing from the jetty or boat is possible. The Baltic Sea, Schwerin as well as Wismar and Rostock are about 45 km away.

Es befindet sich in der Nähe mehrerer Seen mit Badestellen, Bootsverleih, Restaurants, einem Schwimmbad, Wildtierpark, einem historischen Stadtzentrum mit Theater, Kino, Dom, Kirche und Renessainceschloss. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22nd to April 5th 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with modern charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. There are now 3 more apartments in the house for guests.
