The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Opa Wilhelm".

Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Imagine: You wake up, open the door of your houseboat, and the first thing you see is the sparkling water. The morning sun warms your face as you hold your coffee in your hand and hear nothing but the gentle lapping of the waves. In the evening, you sit on the deck and watch the sun sink behind the Fehmarnsund Bridge, glowing red. Enjoy just that kind of getaway on our houseboat, Lena, in the harbor of Burgstaaken. Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.
