For your vacation, we offer comfortable 2-room apartments in our guest house on Kurskaya. We are located in a private sector between two attractions, the Black Sea and the Kuyalnik Estuary. Malibu beach is a 15-minute walk away, the descent is gentle, which is convenient for everyone and especially for those with children in a stroller. 900 m to the sea. There is a parking lot and a playground. Nearby there are Metro and Riviera shopping centers, Marseille mini market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

An apartment of 150 sq.m. with expensive modern renovation in the historical part of the city, a 5-minute walk from Primorsky Boulevard and Deribasovskaya. There are 2 rooms (each sleeping 2), a 100 m hall with a soft area, a bar counter, billiards and a seating area by the fireplace. Comfortable table for working. All natural, environmentally friendly materials were used in the decoration. You can accommodate your car in the yard. No pet in the propery! Smoking is not allowed in the apartment!
