Whether you want to fish for big trout in the Hotagsströmmen river during the summer, go ice fishing in winter, or cover long distances by snowmobile in a snowy mountain landscape, you'll find all that and more in the surrounding area (depending on the season, of course). This cozy place is located in beautiful Laxviken, Jämtland. About 80 km (50 miles) northwest of Östersund. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) away, you will find a grocery store and a gas station.

Child-friendly house 10 minutes to Östersund by car or bus. Walking distance to ski trails, lake and playground. The house accommodates 8 people (2 with an inflatable mattress). 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms with 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed 90 cm (in the picture it is turned as a single bed) and 2 bedrooms with 120 cm bed. Possibility of an inflatable mattress of 120 cm that creates an opportunity to accommodate 8 guests. Large garden with patio, pizza oven, barbecue area and backyard. A playground is available in the area.

Modern family villa 5 km from the city center

In a quiet residential area is our house which is great for families with children. The house is located 5 km from Östersund city center, which is easily accessible by bus or car. If you are going to visit the Storsjö Cup, the bus goes all the way to the sports field in Odensala, no change is needed. To Östersund Ski Stadium, it takes 9 minutes by car. In the nearby area, there are forests, horse trails and bike paths. Children can play in one of the playgrounds in the nearby area, or on the property where there are plenty of outdoor toys.

Welcome to our villa, which is centrally located in Föllinge. The villa has a large plot with a lovely terrace and good parking facilities. On the property, there is a large dog yard that can be divided into two parts, each with a double kennel. Dogs are welcome indoors (not on furniture). Walking distance to shops and gas station, close to fishing, skiing and snowmobile trails. The villa has three bedrooms with a total of 7 beds. Bathroom with washing machine. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Large living room with fireplace.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A rural detached villa near forest and nature. Spacious house on two floors with sleeping accommodations for 8 people divided into 4 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the possibility to close the door. The other two are separated from the living room. Floor 1 has a bathroom with shower and separate shower in the laundry room. Floor 2 has its own toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with entrance to separate cold pantry. High chair and play corner.

My river house (basic)

This is where we come to escape the bustle of the city, with a flowing river in the garden we can wake up to the water flow burble, birds chirruping, and the deep quietness of the forest. You will notice it that is undergoing renovation in some parts (for ex walls have some drill holes, small unplastered, windows have cracks). We have two bed mattresses one king size and one small. So the interior far from luxurious, but we find it cosy, and relaxing and comfortable, and we hope you do too.
