Exclusive villa in a rural and idyllic location

Hello Roger and hello Lotta, it was an ideal place for our family get-together. The villa is attractively and lovingly furnished, especially child-friendly, also outdoors. Everyone loved the hot tub. With 10 adults and 7 children, we had plenty of room and enjoyed the days. The 7 days in April passed far too quickly with plenty of sunshine. We highly recommend this beautiful place! With the generous welcome gift, we immediately felt welcome. Due to the open construction, it is difficult to pull back.

Nine of us (six adults and three children) stayed in the house over the Easter weekend. It’s located within walking distance of the coast, where you can enjoy beautiful walks, explore the area, or even go for a swim. The house itself is warm and welcoming, and it has everything you might need, including a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of toys, and a great outdoor area where we had our first barbecue of the year. There are also a few bicycles one can use. Rebecka and her father-in-law were both very helpful and kind. They allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was fantastic—and especially appreciated by the children, who made the most of the trampoline. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Celebrated girlfriends birthday at this cozy "small living" cabin, when we reached the cabin there was no difficulty getting in. Once inside, we were greeted by a flower and small surprise as it was birthday celebration, incredibly nice and kind made by Minna! The accommodation itself was very conceived as they have angled the cabin perfectly so it really feels like you are completely alone at the estate. Will 100% be back here again.

Johan's place was really nice and clean, and with good restaurants as well as a harbor in walking distance. The house was super clean and very well decorated Further, Johan is very friendly and helpful, and responsive. The place is definitely recommended and would love to come back. 😊

Just back from a 3 night stay at this property and it was excellent. Very relaxing and private accommodation perfect for sauna, jacuzzi, roasting marshmallows and barbecue grilling. Short stroll into the forest and 15 minute drive to large super markets. All at just over an hours drive from Copenhagen 😊 Highly recommended for a relaxing break.

Jacob`s house is really nice, enough space, lovely garden and terrace, well equipped kitchen, sauna for relaxing, close to everything you need, close to the bus station, space for two cars. I felt very comfortable in the house and the communication with Jacob was always great, very friendly. I can recommend to everyone who wants to stay in Ahus at a quiet place close to the beach.

A lovely home in a beautiful rural area. The contact with Elin has been super good all the way through and the house lived up to the photos. We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door and enjoyed the relaxed, homey feel. Would definitely recommend this place for a quiet holiday in beautiful surroundings.

Nice cabin by the lake

The house is a dream! The decor is so lovely and chic, everything was clean and we felt totally comfortable. There were five of us with a 14-month-old baby and there was a crib, high chairs (for very small and slightly older children) and a stool so that the child could help in the kitchen - absolutely child-friendly! We went out on the lake a few times by boat and went to the beautiful swimming spot. We had a great time here!

Wonderful house in my Simrishamn

We loved our time at Sadie's beautiful space! Even though we were a large, mixed group, the house felt spacious yet cosy and luxurious with plenty of room to cook, eat, and do both group and separate activities. The separate work space was also great as members of our group that had to work had privacy without impacting the others. Malin and Magnus were fantastic, responsive hosts. We appreciated how thoughtful they were reaching out proactively to see if we needed anything specific for the babies in our group. Simrishamn itself seems to be a very cute small town, and it was nice to be walking distance from shops, restaurants and cafes (although we were there over the NYE period so many places were closed). Overall, we would absolutely recommend Malin's house, and hope to be back again in the future.

Super cool surroundings, both inside and around the house and outside in terms of location and nature. Pure relaxation and freedom. Would definitely recommend the other. We were some family members together over an extended weekend in March 2025. Some expressed their desire to go back.

Very nice accommodation for two adults and two kids. Proximity to much in Österlen within 10 minutes you will find Eklaholm, Sandhammaren, Alestenar, Backagården, Kåseberga, Daliafarmen, Olof Victors and Backåkra. Also close to Ystad and Simrishamn. Clean and tidy. Great that bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. Full kitchen. Only positive. Highly recommended!

Great stay in very nice cosy cottage. We have been there for third time and always loved it.

It‘s a really cozy Little House with all the Basics that you Need. When we had a question Svend answered fast and could help us. We enjoyed the few days we spent there in the Winter a lot. In Summer it Must be a really nice Place too with an outdoor shower and Fire Place.

It was perfect for two families, we had such a great time, and the hosts were lovely. They helped us with everything we needed. I had a great stay at Helge's house! You can get to the island very easily and free of charge from Karlskrona. The ferry leaves approximately every 30 minutes. The few islanders were all very friendly and always greeted. The small supermarket is really very well stocked and has everything you need for weekly shopping. The house and location are at least as beautiful as in the pictures! You can only feel comfortable, switch off perfectly and forget any stress. Helge is extremely nice and accommodating. A really great host. He even has a newer boat than the one in the photo with more horsepower. I strongly recommend that Helge give a briefing, as it is quite rocky close to the water surface. I had a fantastic time. Good for dropouts, couples or family who can also occupy themselves. Price/performance was excellent!

Christina's house is perfect for a weekend gateway. The house is located in very peaceful surroundings, 30 min walk from Sandviken strand and 40 min from Solvesborg town. The house is equipped with everything you need. Christina is a great host and shared a lot of nice tips about what to do in the area. Would definitely be back!
