You have your own entrance area. You can charge an electric car in the driveway and your e-bikes in front of the garage at a reasonable price. You can park your car for free on the road 50 meters from your apartment. The apartment was renovated in 2024 with a new kitchen and new furniture. You will receive the keys via a key box.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

The living room opens into an open kitchen with a large table and modern kitchen. Here, two more people can sleep in the pull-out day bed (160 × 200).

Our non-smoking apartment consists of a dining area with fitted kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, TV & co and a separate bedroom with double bed as well as sufficient storage space. The shower room with window offers enough space for your own utensils. The garden city is close to the zoo and easily accessible by public transport to easily get to the city or the beach!

From the sleeping-living room you can immerse yourself in the Mecklenburg countryside. By car it is 10 minutes to the city, 15 km to the beach are also no hurdle.
