This apartment in the center of Rostock is located exactly between the city center and the main train station and both are within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. The apartment is located in a residential building and is therefore not a "party apartment". Even if the guest bed (mattress) still offers 1 additional sleeping option, I would like to limit the number of guests to 2 guests. Late check-in from 11 pm is possible after due arrangements via a key locker.

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. When furnishing, we proceeded individually and with high quality and used little off the shelf. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are available if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quietly situated.

A large, cozy, individually designed room (50m²) with wooden floorboards, clay walls and grandpa's buffet is at your disposal. The bathroom with shower and toilet is cozy and warm due to the wall heating. The apartment is located in the trendy district of Rostock. Quaint pubs, restaurants, cinema, theater are within walking distance. With a few steps you are at the city harbor and can end the day overlooking the evening sun.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. Beautiful furnished room in a quiet area

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.
