Spacious sleeping loft with a comfortable double bed, as well as a large sofa bed for two with a spring mattress. Fully tiled bathroom with washing machine. Only 300 meters to the swimming area in Edenryd, you will find a newly-built spacious accommodation. An apartment of 50m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Hike along the coastal hiking trail and enjoy the sea. Why not bring a fishing rod for fishing, or binoculars to be able to see, among other things, sea eagles and migratory birds on their journey. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

The accommodation consists of a basement of 90 sq m. There are 2 sleeping rums, a kitchen with a stove (two plates) microwave and refrigerator and separate freezer and one living rum. They are free parking and to wash and detergent is included. The accommodation is located near a centre with Coop, Pharmacy, Pizzeria, bakery and a gas station. It is very close to bus connections to both Kristianstad Centrum (Local bus 80 meters) and Malmö, Simrishamn and Ystad (Express bus 500 meters).

The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

Our nice apartment is located in the beautiful fishing camp Hörvik. Here you have about 300m to the beach, the sea and cozy restaurants. The apartment can accommodate 4 people and is newly renovated with kitchen and bathroom with shower. Free parking on the street. In the harbor there are two restaurants, Kajutan and Fiskerian, which serve fish and meat dishes but also fantastic pizza.
