Besonders Hervorzuheben ist die extrem gute Verkehrsanbindung (Bus/Bahn ca. 5 min Fußweg, Bahnhof mit Direktverbindungen nach z.B.Düsseldorf/Köln etc. ca. 7 min Fußweg, A57 Auffahrt 10 min Fahrtweg (Messe-D 15min). u Die Wohnung ist 2018 komplett neu renoviert und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden, sodass man sich hier sehr wohlfühlt. Waschkeller kann mitgenutzt werden.

With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created.
