Das 1-Zimmerapartment ist in der Garage unseres Hauses von 1957. Wir haben es im Jahr 2021 kernsaniert und in dem Zuge die Unterkunft mit ausgebaut. Sie befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtwald entfernt. Dieser lädt mit schönen Joggingstrecken, einem neu gestalteten Spielplatz, Bootsverleih und Biergarten zum Verweilen ein. Die Krefelder Innenstadt ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch wenn die Straße nicht so wirkt, ist es überraschend ruhig.

Charmantes Appartment in ruhiger Wohnananlage direkt am Park gelegen, dennoch gute Anbindung Düsseldorf erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Minuten, Strassenbahnhaltestelle zum Zentrum fussläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung eignet sich gleichwohl für Messebesucher, Zeitarbeiter oder Urlauber, die günstig UND in einer Toplage von Krefeld nett unterkommen wollen.
