Construction has modern insulation for colder months done 2019. You can drive to Albena beach easily or walk down to the access stairs to the seaside.

First floor: main room with kitchen and fireplace, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom. Second floor: relaxation area with a double bed. The yard offers a swimming pool, children’s playgrounds, cozy spots to relax, and a BBQ area, shared with guests from the other two houses.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a hallway, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed and could sleep two people. Pets are not allowed.
