Flying Fish in Den Laman on great (dive)location!

Den Laman condominiums is a small oceanfront apartment complex just north of downtown Kralendijk. It is very complete with it's restaurant and dive shop on site and on walking distance of several other nice restaurants and stores. This apartment is located on the top floor. Read a book, dream away looking at the the clear blue sea or hop on one of the dive boats that depart from the dock on a daily base. The house reef is amazing for shore diving and snorkeling too!

The location was perfect for walking everywhere and swimming was right across the street. Parking for the vehicle was convenient and easy. Annemarie was a very pleasant and responsive host to anything that we needed help with. We especially appreciated the flexible checkout. It was a little noisier than I liked but it was also their Carnival festival. Overall it was an extremely cute and private studio for the two of us.

what a beautiful spot. condo was in a great location with restaurants within walking distance and close to many snorkling sites (island is very small so driving was very quick to all locations) we enjoyed the deck and spent many afternoons in the hammock and reading on the deck... always a nice breeze . we found the mosquitos very hungry in the evenings but repellent and citronella candles helped. would have liked screens on all windows and patio door but ended up closing doors and having to put on air conditioner to prevent mosquitos in house. kitchen was well equipped but could have used a good knife sharpener. we had a few issues with laundry room but quickly addressed by Pierre.. (condo manager) . Pierre was quick to help and always responded to any texts . he addressed issues quickly and efficiently. we loved our time at condo and thank you for sharing your home.

The place is exactly as described and pictured. Everything you need plus a bunch of extras. In person check in is a rare thing nowadays, that was very good! We received a quick but detailed explanation about the place and amenities (a lot more than average Air B&B). Two days in we came back to a basket full of fresh towels by our door! It is perfect for diving vacations, they have dunk tanks, private dive gear closets (locked with your own key) and even have air tanks available on location. We did a night dive right off the beach there, it was great!! Owners were super friendly and a pleasure to talk to. We would definitely be back on our next trip to Bonaire! Thank you!

Hayte’s Eco Beach Villa was absolutely outstanding. The “Wow” factor was indescribable and it exceeded our expectations. This was our family’s favorite vacation destination and Airbnb experience in 20 years, and we have been to some spectacular places. Hayte’s Eco beach villa was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and had incredible views and access to the marine life and sunsets. Hayte even included some personal touches that were unexpected yet so appreciated. We visited Bonaire for the first time for our daughters senior high school trip and as a family, we were able to explore the unique island, visit and hike the national park, go on multiple snorkeling adventures, kayaking, and took a trip over to Klein Bonaire island. There were a few incredible restaurants within walking distance with our favorite being Ocean Oasis. This is not a “one and done” vacation destination—we will be back to visit Bonaire and if invited back, we would stay at Hayte’s place without question.

We hebben bijna 2 weken in de villa mogen verblijven met 2 kinderen van 8 en 13. Wat een heerlijk huis. Opgehaald van het vliegveld zodat je na zo’n lange reis niet eerst moet gaan zoeken waar je heen moet. Auto met alle ruimte erbij gehuurd. ‘s morgens op staan een meteen een duik nemen in het zwembad was heerlijk. Het huis met alle ruimte was super. We hebben ons erg thuis gevoeld. Prachtig huis met vrij uitzicht op de lagune / water vanaf het terras. Veel privacy, keurig verzorgd en rustig (je hoort de weg niet). Daarbij een terras op de wind wat voor Bonaire een must is. Centraal gelegen op 10 min rijden van Kralendijk en 15 min naar Jibe City. Kortom een mooie uitvalsbasis voor een goed verblijf op Bonaire. Goed en proactief contact met de eigenaren en alles op een relaxte manier geregeld.

This studio was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. It had everything we needed for a week long stay on this beautiful island. It was located right next to a dive outfitter so if you are a diver, the location is great with friendly staff. It is at Cliffs reef and as a snorkelers we can walk right in without a boat trip or a boat ride. There were picnic tables that we had our morning coffee and evening libations while overlooking beautiful Klein Bonaire. We had visits from iguanas, doves and other birds, and local cats. It's a short drive to other amazing snorkel spots, town center (10 minutes) and the airport (15ish minutes). We walked to Rum Runner and Blennies restaurants. The kitchen is small but has everything you need and we cooked a few dinners easily.. Communication was also very good.

It was a beautiful villa! We are a family of 6 (4 kids in the age of 6-16) They loved the pool, the private beach… We snorkeled a few times right in front of the villa. Our youngest loves the see shells that she find on the beach The villa was luxe, super clean, airco in all rooms, beautiful master bathroom, two bedrooms with ocean view… Amazing!

Everything was as described and any questions were answered promptly by the owner’s local representative - who met us at the airport with keys which was really nice and unexpected.
